Of yellow leaves and gossamer
in autumns that there were,
with morning mist and silver sun
and wind upon my hair.

I'm still sorting through the shots from Sunday morning. At least you don't get wet knees this time of year, just chilly ones.
The sun rises over the misty Warwickshire countryside with one or two faint aircraft trails high it the sky above.
Canmore's Three Sisters catch a reflection in Policeman's Creek on a icy morning.
"In 1883, Albert Rogers named these mountains the Three Nuns after a storm left a heavy veil of snow on the northern face of all three peaks. They were renamed the Three Sisters in 1886 by George Dawson and they are referred to individually as Big Sister, Middle Sister and Little Sister. Heavily associated with the town of Canmore in the front ranges of the Canadian Rockies known as Kananaskis Country, the Three Sisters may be the most recognized peaks in the Bow River Valley section of the TransCanada Highway. travelalberta.com
May this first November weekend be a wonderful one.
Winter has been relatively kind to the people of southwestern Ontario so far this year. But we have had some true Canadian cold, snow bound days, such as this day at the Blue Heron pond on the east side of Windsor. It was a very cold morning just before sunrise, but the dawn sky was literally on fire.

This gorgeous bull moose was covered in frost as he ran the field and jumped the fence just as the sun came over the hills. (this was my leaping, jumping, running tour of the west, smile)

When I am down and, oh, my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me...

Morning Glories are simple symbols of affection. Those who rise early may be able to watch their lovely blooms open. Morning glory flowers generally curl closed later in the day, hence their name!

If you have a strong, sincere desire to live each day to its fullest, you can make it happen.
You won't find it dawdling around the house for the first three hours of your day.
Each ho-hum minute that passes is a minute of our lives that could have been used to change our lives, perhaps even the world.
