A team of Common Ground students - Taylor, Kathiana, Eric, Joaquin, Thomas, Lovell, and Eugenio -- work with staff Georgia Basso from the US Fish & Wildlife Service, Corrie Folsom-O'Keefe and Katie Blake from Audubon CT, and Common Ground teachers Karen Climis and Sharon Brostrom to study the impact of habitat restoration efforts on insect biodiversity. This research is part of the Urban Refuge Initiative.

This monitor is a flat panel LCD (liquid crystal display). It is one of the most common. They are measured by the diagonal screen size (inches), refresh rate of the screen (hertz), and picture density (pixels).
Some new designs include LED and OLED's. They stand for Light Emitting Diode and Organic Light Emitting Diode. They use less power than LCD and plasma type screens. Each LED emits light as electricity passes through a wire encapsulated in plastic. The design makes it less prone to burning out or breaking. OLED's use less power than standard LED's.
Monitor not just activities. Eliminate the need for high end servers. Distribute the power and monitor from one or more locations
