This newsletter I designed was featured in the Campaign Monitor Gallery. Here's what they had to say about it.

This newsletter from the Chicago Portfolio School features an attractive layout along with lots of little details that really marry together to create a fantastic, unified design. Love the branding on a blue marker at the top that is used throughout the email with marker lines separating the items in the right-hand column ending with the cap at the bottom.

But it’s also the attention to detail that really make this one. The desaturation treatment on the photos, the generous leading and kerning on the text to make it extra readable, and the little touches that make us smile: “FORWARD TO YOUR FRIENDS :-)”

and “UNSUBSCRIBE :-(”

Varanid lizards are very intelligent, and some species can even count. Careful studies feeding V. albigularis at the San Diego Zoo varying numbers of snails showed they can distinguish numbers up to six.

This poor huge guy came from the newly cut bush area nearby (for land development)... It had lost its home... I asked my mum if we could call someone better equiped to take it to a patch of jungle, but she said no, they'll just kill it (this is how it is in in this town, cruel). We didn't want to handle it ourselves because it was a large one, its body about 1 metre long. It had huge sharp claws and a pretty big mouth. My past dogs used to try attacking smaller ones, and they (the dogs) would foam at the mouth from some sort of venom...

Anyway, this lizard couldn't get to the jungle behind the house since it's all blocked off.. but it went into the big drain and disappeared. Hopefully it found its way somehow.

PROBE - Continuous Monitoring

PROBE is a specialized system which will execute the framed set of rules that are expected to be adhered to. This automated continuous monitoring provides much benefits in terms of identifying non compliances at the earliest and thereby reducing the risk the bank is exposed to. The risk is continuously assessed based on the rule failures and the score is available at any point of time to understand the risk of the offsite audited checklists. It would effectively reduce time taken for regular RBIA onsite.
