mökki is Finnish and means cottage. Its probably one of the few holy things for Finns. You can find so many mökkis even though they are well hidden. There are so many mökkis at the so many lakes in Finland, renting a mökki for a weekend and paddling on a lake with one of these red boats is a very Finnish dream for the Midsummer time, when the country seems to be empty and everybody is enjoying nature in their cottages.
