Re-purposed boxcar, made into a dwelling. Much larger, more headroom than a shipping container, plus it comes with a wooden floor.
I think it is used as a house, not for storage. You can see a ventilator on the roof, and there is no debris laying around, which there would be if it were storage. The windows are new, the door needs painting yet.
Door looks like an old industrial take out.
There is electricity to it. Post post and pillar foundation.
It is in a location of very small houses,and trailers, all inhabited. There is a garden to the left, just barely visible in the photo.
