Few animals manage to express their mood through expressions as distinctly as cats.

Regno Unito, Londra, The Gherkin (From Vertigo 42), Estate 2012
The Gherkin is the popular nickname for the office block opened in 2004 at No.30 St Mary Axe. The road is named after the nearby Church of St Mary Axe (the 'axe' part referring to a relic kept in the church). The skin of the building is double-glazed and the space between the glazing is ventilated to help with temperature control and reducing energy use. The Gherkin is said to use only half the energy of similar sized office towers. Most of the panes of glass are completely flat - the only curved glass is the 'lens' at the very top. Each floor has been rotated 5 degrees relative to the floor below. The top of the tower has been kept as an open space to give an uninterrupted, all-round view.

SN/NC: Solanum lycopersicum, Solanaceae Family
This beautiful plant or vegetable commonly known as a tomato plant, which belongs to the nightshade family, Solanaceae. The species originated in Central and South America. The Nahuatl (Aztec language) word tomatl gave rise to the Spanish word "tomate", from which the English word tomato originates.
Numerous varieties of tomato are widely grown in temperate climates across the world, with greenhouses allowing its production throughout the year and in cooler areas. The plants typically grow to 1–3 meters (3–10 ft) in height and have a weak stem that often sprawls over the ground and vines over other plants. It is a perennial in its native habitat, and grown as an annual in temperate climates. An average common tomato weighs approximately 100 grams (4 oz). Its use as a food originated in Mexico, and spread throughout the world following the Spanish colonization of the Americas. Tomato is consumed in diverse ways, including raw, as an ingredient in many dishes, sauces, salads, and drinks. While tomatoes are botanically berry-type fruits, they are considered culinary vegetables, being ingredients of savory meals.

First time I see a Bitrac running in diesel mode. And how the MTU engines sound !!! Making this photo was a crazy thing since three hours earlier we were 75 kilometers from here and we had the opportunity to photograph several freight trains in very good light conditions. Nothing to do with what we found in Bahabón with an evident dominion of the clouds on the clearings and with a single freight in perspective. To this must be added the fact that if the train arrived at its time, the front of the locomotive would remain in shadow. It was clear that the possibility of balancing our audacity with a failed failure was more than likely. But in our beloved "Directo" sometimes the unexpected becomes reality and the train departed from Aranda with a delay of 75 minutes and the sun made presence when we needed it most.

THE MULINO DEL BOSCO
The most beautiful ancient mill in Italy is located in our region: to be precise in Strassoldo, near Cervignano, and is a building from 1200 that was once part of the Patriarchate of Aquileia.
There are various hypotheses on the origin of the name Strassoldo. In German Strasse Holt means "hold, control the road". What is certain is that the family of the same name, the Strassoldo counts, have lived here for a thousand years or perhaps more.
The visit to Strassoldo is very quick. You leave your car in the parking lot along the provincial road 108. Here you can admire the suggestive Mulino del Bosco up close and reach the brick door that gives access to the castle of Sopra.
The castle of Strassoldo was founded in 1035 by the noble Woldarico Strassu, during the feudal system of lower Friuli. Starting in 1188 the castle, which was later composed of two distinct structures called Sopra and Sotto, passed to a branch of the ancient family of Lavariano, which from then on was called Strassoldo.

Wood worn by time, colors that tell of the sea and salt air. This boat is not just an object, but a silent witness to journeys, hard work, and dreams shattered on the waves.
The sea leaves its mark, not only on boats but also on us.
