I placed an order for two bottles on the 24th and have yet to receive any shipping info whatsoever. the $ came out of my account that day but yet I have no assurance that you've sent me anything. from your above comments about estimated ship times I'm going to wait until tomorrow afternoon before I send a very detailed email.. you provide a fantastic product at an amazing price point but the business practices have to be just as good you know.

Customers should receive an automated email the moment they place their order and also the moment the package ships out containing your tracking number. However, we have noticed that customers with certain email providers sometimes do not receive these emails for some odd reason. If this is the case, email us directly or fill out the "contact us" form on our website

onehitwondereliquid: @devilmonkey82 we changed our procedures a couple weeks ago to make orders ship in under 24hrs, so any future orders should ship ASAP. And we may offer USPS again in the future, they were simply losing so many of our packages that we felt we had to change to UPS. It actually costs us quite a bit more to ship UPS but they've never lost any of our packages so far.
