Here's some hard racing action. It looks like it's snowing or something but really that's the flash reflecting all the dirt in the air. This is at Grandview Speedway in Bechtellsville,PA. Granview is a 1/3 mile high banked dirt oval.

Torna a grande richiesta il “Senza Paura” tour 2014. Il tour, che l’ha già portata nei palazzetti delle principali città italiane lo scorso maggio ed è poi proseguito in versione outdoor nel mese di luglio, torna all’interno dei palazzi dello sport per cinque imperdibili concerti nel mese di dicembre.
Il 2014 è stato un anno straordinario per Giorgia, non solo per quel che riguarda il live ma anche a livello discografico: il suo ultimo album, ‘Senza Paura’, pubblicato a novembre 2013, ha conquistato il Doppio Disco di Platino per le oltre 100.000 copie vendute ed è entrato ripetutamente al primo posto della classifica Top Of The Music Fimi/Gfk degli album più venduti, rimanendo stabilmente nella Top 15 per oltre 45 settimane.
Giorgia, è sufficiente solo il nome per indicare una delle voci più interessanti del panorama musicale italiano, una delle più stimate. Apprezzata a tal punto che ci si lascia alle spalle quel vizio di cantare testi sdolcinati, come fanno tutti, poco importa, la sua voce è da pelle d'oca immediata.
Una certezza, che dopo il grande successo dello scorso anno, ritorna in concerto al Mediolanum Forum.
Ad affiancarla sul palco ci sarà la sua super band, che vede Sonny T al basso, Claudio Storniolo al piano, Gianluca Ballarin alle tastiere, Giorgio Secco alla chitarra e Mylious Johnson alla batteria.

Baker Trail UltraChallenge

Run a 50 mile ultramarathon in 14 hours!
Overview
The Baker Trail UltraChallenge is a 50-mile ultramarathon on the Baker Trail. Unlike the Rachel Carson Trail Challenge, this is a footrace; the "challenge" is for you or your relay team to win, or at least finish within 14 hours! The next UltraChallenge is set for Saturday, August 26, 2017. The race starts at 6:30 AM; the deadline for finishing is 8:30 PM. Individuals as well as relay teams of up to 5 members may register.
In 2016 the race traversed the south section of the trail, the third leg in the three-leg series. In 2017 we'll be on the north section. Each year, a piece of a unique three-piece medal will be awarded to all individual finishers. When a participant has completed all three sections, they'll receive a handsome commemorative holder to display all three medals.
The Course
The Baker Trail is marked as a typical hiking trail. Yellow blazes on trees, telephone poles, fence posts, guard rails, and so on indicate the path.
Unlike many hiking trails, the Baker Trail is not always a footpath through the woods. In many areas, it follows dirt or paved country roads, some with narrow shoulders. As with road running everywhere, you must always be alert and cautious.
Because of the varying terrain, the UltraChallenge is more mentally demanding than similar ultras. You must always be watching for the blazes in order to stay on the course. In places, the Trail will be following a road only to abruptly turn off the road into the woods. Therefore, if you haven't seen a blaze in a few minutes, you may be off course and should backtrack to the last blaze and determine where you went wrong.
Plenty of runners will go off-course at least once during the day. If you expect -- and accept -- that you will, too, it won't be quite as frustrating. The key to a successful race is to realize it quickly.

A tre anni di distanza dall’ultimo concerto sold out in Italia, i Mumford & Sons tornano lunedì 29 aprile, al Mediolanum Forum di Assago a Milano per un unico concerto che si appresta a diventare uno tra i più importanti eventi musicali dell’anno. Un tour mondiale per festeggiare il decimo anniversario della band con il nuovo album “Delta” e un innovativo palco per uno show a 360°
“Delta” è il quarto album in studio dei Mumford & Sons e segue, a tre anni di distanza, “Wilder Mind”, pubblicato a maggio 2015, e l’Ep “Johannesburg”, in collaborazione con Baaba Maal, The Very Best & Beatemberg, uscito nell’estate 2016.
Introdotto dai ritmi frenetici del primo singolo “Guiding Light”, una canzone folk-rock frenetica, “Delta” è un disco estremamente sperimentale che sposa l’intimità e l’euforia dei primi due album con la dinamica e la carica elettrica di “Wilder Mind”. Un ritorno appassionato.
La consacrazione dei Mumford & Sons come una delle più grandi band degli ultimi anni.
“Delta” è un disco che racchiude diverse tonalità, colori e trame. È anche un disco che celebra i primi dieci anni di carriera della band e s’ispira a quell’esperienza condivisa di essere on e off the road.
