Skylight is really great during the day.

very cool loft with lots of art

All cabinets refinished, frosted glass backsplash added. Allcounters replaced with stainless steel and African Mahogany bar is added.

Vintage Spanish lighting fixtures. Super functional!

Fireplace mantel was removed and native steel panel polished and sealed.

Designed this cool shelf to accomodate DVD right beneath the TV set. As you can see, there is no room for a media cabinet of any kind, so I had to be creative. Check them out here, maybe you'd like one for yourself: www.thellum.com

Made those two paintings myself using spray paint and popcorn sealing spray. Ended up giving away one to Charlyne Yi - an actress, comedian, and just in general a very creative and cool individual.

Roller shades are great for protection from the sun and added privacy.

Frosted backsplash with turquoise paint behind to enhance to colors. Stainless counters truly rock!

Cable railing installed to replace the drywall half wall.

Loft upstairs. Italian plaster on the back wall really brings it all together here, and rug takes it to the next level, I think. )

Concrete staircase aded during renovation.

Horizontal paneling is aded to enhance the space around the bathroom and shower.
