This looks almost like an architect's drawing. Just a bit too perfect and clean for my taste. But I must admit that this neighbourhood has some appeal, with its modern architecture and all the people strolling around in search for some lunch.

One of many mid-century modern dry cleaner buildings around Charleston built with a similar design, these buildings feature a tall glass storefront on the principal facade, and have a butterfly roof that overhangs this wall by several feet, functioning as a canopy for the sidewalk in front. The roof also overhangs the building on one side, which functions as a canopy for people utilizing the drive-thru to drop off or pick up their clothes.
