we managed to find time for a photo session with Megan....... obviously we need to do this again on the beach :)
Val and I were thrilled that Megan could find time to "work" with us. ( I was, perhaps a bit more thrilled than Val :)

Strobist: 2 lights. Key is a B800 in a beauty dish overhead, white Lastolite Triflector under, f/8. B1600 is a 10º grid and barn doored (belt and braces) as a hairlight, f/9. Triggered by Pocket Wizards.

I submitted this for a critique, and I think I went a little overboard on the texture (original). I at first like how it darkened the background, but this may have made the image look too "flashy". So here it is without the texture.
Strobist: Quadra A head in the 15" Portalite, disc diffuser and no outer diffuser (so it is like a square beauty dish), camera right and high, f/8. Triggered by Skyport.
