Door locks, windows, interior lights, front bonnet latch, charge port flap all working, which might seem to indicate it's not an issue with the 12 V battery. (Or the main battery pack.) But the touchscreen is not waking up, and the car can't go into drive.
So Tesla's arranged to tow it back.
