LuWen has extensive lip/fang mod. His cheeks and nose were sanded on one side and eyes were opened.
Longer forks = more bounce. The resonant frequency was about 90 turns/minute, which was a problem. To solve this, I sliced a layer of rubber off the block, replacing it with MDF board. It made a massive positive difference to the feel and handling of the bike.

Anyway, here we have a Mirodoll Lele whose eyes I modded and then gave a face up to. He was an interesting challenge to work on as his sculpting is kind of awkward.
I'm pleased with the eye mod and the paint job too.

A picture of the glorious moment. Three days I waiting and slaved for this, so I was a little excited to say the least. My room kept getting messier and messier, kind of funny.
Some time ago I finished Queen Nebula but I never took pictures of her.
She'll no longer be Queen Nebula as I gave her character to my Twigling Ingenue, and I felt that it was unfair to keep her all thet time in her box and I had to make some kind of tribute to this sweet girl before letting her go.

Not happy with the hands on the 7a38 6090, Found this Watch on fleabey from Slovenia. Having looked for 2-3 months now for hands, I was going to use hands from a sekonda watch.
The hands have circles/ holes so will fit in...Thats if I can make them fit by broaching them.
The hands were good in length, but the mounting holes were too small.
The minute hand I was just able to broach, but the hour hand did not fit, so I cut the mounting off and soldered on a 7a38 mounting from a broken hour hand.
