Slater OāBrienās Photo coverage of the first of many monthly Mid-Lincs mini modded meets!!
So, to start, what is āMid-lincs mini meetsāā¦mid-lincs mini meets is a lttle car club arranged by my friend for modified car enthusiasts in the South-lincs area to get together once a month, have a catch up, show off there cars & talk man talk!! With only a very small turnout at the first meet but we got what we expected attendance wise, with a modest 10 cars at most all of different styles from a rover 75 to a 2012 Scirrocco R!! With British weather at its best it changed as many times as youād change your socksā¦.gorgeous sun, to snow, to rain, thunder & hail the weather really doesnāt like us car folk does it To ease into we will be holding these meets once a month until summer when (numbers permitting) weāll be having one every week!

Zachiran and Asanoran discussing piercings and such. Rumours have it their boys had a wonderful (though slightly painful) weekend.
Then i arrived at the question what to do about HDDs. I looked at some of the old AT Cases i have lying around, but nothing realy came to mind. So i Asked a Friend wiht an Bending Machine to make two 90° edges into a big metalplate. Just some dremeling and toth shattering drilling later it looked like this. Again, the screwholes are covered by the HDDs so you would have to dissassemlbe everythink to get that off the wall. At first i had an old Seagate Cheetah 10 GB SCSI-drive (spinning up sounds like a starting plane) for Windows 2003 at the top, but after 3 days the neigbhours came complaining that i would be running a old needle printer none stop and they cant sleep (steel concrete has fascinating acoustic properties) so i had to remove it and that led to the kind of ugly solution with 2 IDE drives in the top slot. I like even numbers :)
Colocar el dissipador sobre el procesador, colocar los puntos de contacto sobre los huecos del socket, presionar.
