I ordered my first batch of business cards a few weeks ago!
"When I lived in the US I had a great client base, but I relied mostly on word of mouth for my photo shoots. I was never brave enough to buy business cards and put myself out there, you know, "officially". I thought about it, sure, but when you're taking the leap from hobby to profession it can be kind of scary. It's your love, your art, your passion out there for people to judge and ultimately your survival is in their hands. But I'm not scared anymore, because if I don't ever try I will never succeed. I feel I am great at what I do and I love it with an engulfing fire that burns so hot and bright I know I'll only get better. And you know what? That thought makes me so happy, it's worth the risk."
