Last Thursday spectators had the opportunity to watch a mock crime scene play out in the Student Center. The simulation was a collaboration between the criminal justice, accounting, and information and communications technology programs. The scenario involved a gunshot victim with stick drives containing evidence including banking records and ransom notes. It was a wonderful way to demonstrate through one example how the various academic fields and career paths can be closely aligned depending on the situation.

I never realised that juvenile Mocking Birds are speckled. He/she was on the wall near my apartment block in Fort Worth, Tx. They are the Texas State bird, and just unbelievable mimics of other birds. Wonderful!
