Mixelation - a disease which causes one to develop cartoonish features and abnormal swelling of the eyes.
Building a lot of spiders lately - this one started as a "quick build" bad guy for my sons "police tower" and I kind of got carried away with it.

The final, seventh round of the local building competition for creative use of certain parts. This time the seed part were mixel joints.
This typewriter has only 20 buttons. It's not critical, is it?
My Lego rendition of one of the most famous dinosaurs.
I had the idea for the back armour, made with 2x2 dished attached with Mixel joints, several months ago, but didn't really know how to do it.
It's only in May, inspired by the then-imminent release of Jurassic World : Fallen Kingdom, that I began to actually build it, starting with the body.
I've built the tail quite easily, but it was more difficult to get the head and the limbs right.
I was done by early June, but I had to wait a bit to order the parts because the MOC contains several of the new 1x1x1 brackets, which weren't immediately available on Bricklink.
The model features 15 points of articulations for the head, the tail, and the limbs.
For those who would like to build it, or those who would like to know how many Mixel joints are used (hint : a lot) you can check the model on Mecabricks. It contains several teal parts : you don't have to actually use teal, it's for parts that are concealed in the finished model, so you can use whatever colour you want.

Twenty fifth build in my Iron Builder mixel party with Kyubi.
Special ingredient is some sort of micro ball joint mash up.
This mech might not be called remax, since I left many parts, but this MOC is purely made of the parts included Mixel series 8, #71569/71570/71571.
In Dungeons & Dragons, the mimic is a type of fictional monster. It is portrayed as being able to change its shape to disguise its body as an inanimate object, commonly a chest.
And it will wreck your pathetic little crew of adventurers.

Prawn uses pieces from Kraw, Tentro, and Balk as per the contest rules
After building the rather intimidating jaw, I just couldn't bring myself to goof it up with those googly eyes. I went with a deepsea prawn-like monster because I felt the other Flexers looked rather like sea creatures.

The picture shows some kind of spaceship that contains a world to live in. No glue, stickers or dirty tricks.

I'm so sorry cause I had planed something much more epic but time is runnning out.

I will add much more photos soon. The whole tube is longer than 1,50 meters. For all the Dr. Who fans:
It's kind of a reversed TARDIS - it's bigger from the outside. Space magically disappears when looking inside the tube.
As you can see there are 4 support rings and three segments. While the first segment looks large the last segment is hardly visible.
I will present it at the Fanworld (16-18 November) in Colgne and then disassemble it. I will do a rebuild so that you can have a look from the side.
I will add many details, sky scrapers and space ships for the exhibition that I couldn't use in the picture.
It's not the prettiest MOC but I had to face severe building restrictions.
i) Every two studs the ground bends, so I could only build on a 2 studs wide base. In other words I couldn't build anything wider than two studs.
ii) The "ground level" is the level, where the bricks perfectly align to each other. I could build higher on one of those two studs wide tracks, but I couldn't build something next to it. Building below ground level is possible, but then there are small gaps.
So my building range was limited to a height of exactely 3 plates most of the times.
iii) No parts availlable in the colors I used.
My colour scheme is mainly medium green, bright green, green and dark green.
Medium green - which is ironically a very light and damped color and not medium at all - is a rare Scala color with almost no availlable parts. There are no small plates, no tiles and I had only the 3004 bricks.
Bright green has a few more parts but is still very limited. The only tile is a 1 x 4 for example. There are no plates either.
iv) Because of this extremely flat angle I had to use much space so that the result would not be a total mess.
v) The bends between all those two studs wide tracks is done with my beloved mixel hinges (other hinges would have worked better, since I only needed one direction the bend should be in). So I had to fix everything in a way, that adjacent tracks stay together and do not open up. This is only possible on certain hights. I have to show a photo to illustrate that.
Apart from that I had to incorporate those 4 rings to hold all the segments together.
Somehow I had to provide light. I couldn't just build a full circle. That was in fact something I tought about a long time before I began building. How to get light into a tube?
But what would a real station like this would look like?
They also would need light.
Some lights in the middle of the circle? I doubt it.
There has to be some kind of sky.
I had - more or less - two options:
building a half circle only or leaving spaces.
Clinkers tribe double remax. Still a wip though as i am not satisfied with the play function...will need some reworking.
This is my second mixel combiner based on the third and fourth Mixel waves. You can see the first one based on the first two official Mixel waves here.
There are things I like better about this one (no parts forming and better overall transformations and connections) and things I like less (shitty arms, lack of shoulder width).

Mixanta, Mixelf & Mixsleigh originate from Jinglemix, Northern White Valley which is also known as Mixanta Village. The place is covered by snow all year round.

The Toyxels!
Playtime is never over with the Toyxels! No one knows for sure where these mysterious toylike Mixels came from, but rumor has it that they were originally built in the Klinkerton factories of old. Whether that's true or not, one thing is certain: the joyful Toyxels love to play and pull harmless pranks on their fellow Mixopolis neighbors.

I really like mixel two differents world. This time (after GoT with SW) I made the Avengers of Westeros (GoT and Marvel). I had a lot of fun making them and think of a story for each characters, hope you enjoy (this idea was inspired by an old photo of Kaiju Dan).
From left to right:
-Hawkeye: he become Eagleeye an archer of the Brotherhood without Banners
-Winter Soldier: aka Winter Brute, he was a member of the Night's Watch but he become a Wildling and he lost an arm during a fight with a White Walker
-Scarlett Witch: aka Scarlett Priestess, she comes from Asshai and she know a lot about magic
-Captain America: he become Captain Riverlands, a patriottic leader of a group of soldiers who fights against the men of John "Red Skull" Targaryen, another Mad King
-Iron Man: aka Lord Anthony Stark, nothing much to say, use immagination
-Spider Man: at first he should be like Varys but I think he works better like a young Lord who fights against bandits
-Black Panther: he still the same but he comes from a far land where humans seems to cat
-Black Widow: at first she should be a Faceless Woman but I prefer she as the first female Lord Commander of the Watch.

From Left to Right: Spikey, BatBrain, Shuttlebutt, Ignitus, Slimester, and Wizzy.
These dudes combine together to form my second Mega Mixel Combiner.
The Temporals are a time-based Mixels tribe. Koo-Koo is a house-shaped Mixel with a big mouth. He is usually very calm and enjoys hanging around on walls, but every hour on the hour a little bird shoots out of his mouth and it drives him cuckoo-crazy! Tik-Tok is a very organized Mixel. He has a schedule for everything and he rings the bells on his head whenever it's time for the next thing on his to-do list. He also likes to wake other Mixels up whenever they sleep too long. The other Mixels don't like that very much and usually bonk him on the head to get him to snooze. Grampz is a grouchy old grandfather clock. He always likes to reminisce about the good old times and complain about those darn young Mixels these days.
