I love getting as high up as possible and being able to see for miles :-)

Sometimes I just want to care, not thinking about the consequences or what else it may do to disturb the fine balance. Not thinking that it might change anything or expect anything in return.

Sometimes my intentions are taken wrongly and I guess it is just human nature to protect oneself. Sometimes I wish things were clearer like in black or white and not in shades of grey. Then perhaps when it happens it may truly stand out.

Thinking of you... dearest friend and great support in these hard days...

In many points in our lives, we come to a crossing or junction. Sometimes its easy to make that decision to go in a certain direction, other times we hesitate before going our way, other times we don't know which way to go even.

I feel that I'm in the crossroads of my life with regards to so many areas. At times, I would blindly go where the signs say, even though it may be a longer, more roundabout journey, as long as I get to my destination. Other times, I am more unsure. At this stage, I don't even know if its even what I want.

Crossing that junction, will you ever look back and wonder what might have happened if you took the other path?

late summer light...and the seasons are turning, and it's one of the many good things about being back in boston is feeling the seasons change. i swear some months in san francisco i don't know what month it is. the seasons just sort of blend in there. but i still miss it like a jilted lover.
