Poor little Squeaky seems to have disappeared. We haven't seen him for a couple weeks now. He came into our house every morning and spent a lot of his time in our garden. This was the last photo I took of him, sleeping on our BBQ. His brother Perky (the little black one), disappeared a couple of months ago. We live on a busy road and I wonder if the worst has happened. We are fortunate that ours stick to the garden areas. Perky and Squeaky were only 6 months old and still full of inquisitiveness. They were both such sweet cats.
Update: Spoke to my neighbour this morning. Poor Squeaky was run over just outside our house a couple of weeks ago. More tears:-((
This is the little cat who is living down the bottom of the garden in one of the cat houses. Our neighbour has taken it in overnight for the last couple of nights and is trying to find out if it belongs to anyone. They are going to check to see if it's been microchipped. I managed to pick it up yesterday and although very shy, it enjoyed having a cuddle. As soon as I brought it indoors it shot through the cat flap. I put some food down the bottom of the garden this morning which it has eaten and again get some loving. It is very small and oh so sweet. I asked my neighbours whether they will keep it, but they already have four and have said they can't (thought I think it has chosen them!) I have said that if they cannot find the owner not to take it to a shelter as we will take a view on whether we could take it in. I have a feeling, by its nature, that there is an owner somewhere, so I hope we can reunite it.
Someone's worked out how to do these without using horror-movie pictures. Nicely done. (I've removed the house number, just in case.)

Life can be rocky at times. This fallen missing kitten poster was found at the corner of SW Boones Ferry Rd and SW Warm Springs St in Tualatin, Oregon. Poor little guy. I hope he finds a loving home.

Not what it seems. This is an art installation in a sculpture garden. A light pole with a missing poster on it. If you call the phone number, it gives you a biography of the filmmaker Francois Truffaut.

Searching the cat underneath the cabinet, the inspector inspected it and passed page.
[I started uploading photos to Flickr in October 2007 but the authorities insist the record date was exactly an year ago. It's not an anniversary but cakes are always welcome(d).]

End of Art parts & miles de prats series
Just outside the Machine Gallery for "street art" advertising a show of painted cats that have been showing up through out the city.
Lola has a sharp body and glows white. Probably radioactive. She could cut through that fence in a second. I hope they found her, though.

This is Guaglio (WHY- YO). He went missing 2 years ago in May. His sister is Bambina, who is frequently shown on my pages.
Pic was taken with an old LG flip phone.
The poster says, "Have you seen this ginger cat? If you have seen him, please give me a call or take him to a vet as soon as you could. He needs a DAILY medication."
I found this on my visit to London last month. Hope he has been found and returned home...
One of my favourite Flickr cats Explorer is missing. I do so hope he is found - he is such a wonderful character.
This photo is of my sister in law's cat Gypsy. He is lucky as he lives in the middle of the countryside away from roads and human dangers. When he wants to come in he jumps up at the kitchen door to try and attract my sister in law's attention.
Footnote - Explorer has been found!!
I hate seeing signs like this and up to the point I can't even bring myself to read them.
If you see Rumble please ring the telephone number on the sign.

Update:
Rosie is back home eating and playing with Monty.
Last night Rosie jumped out of the window and disappeared into the night. I was out until 3am searching for her. I do not know why she ran off like that, and why she chose last night, it snowed all night and we have 10 cm of snow.
This is the first time she has gone outside since she has lived with me, although she has tried to escape many times in the past. She doesn't know the area. She is very shy cat, always hiding from strangers and never comes when she is called.
Anyone else had a similar experience? I am really worried she will not survive the snow and low temperature although I presume she is used to living outside from before I owned her.
*Somehow* I have 377 pictures from a road trip to Chicago & Wisconsin that I took with a friend in May 2013... that never got posted.

My boyfriend’s neighbor’s cat has been missing since 12/15/13.
His owners live off of Melrose parking lot, so if anyone picked him up thinking he was a stray, he isn’t, and the two young girls & little boy, their Mother are worried and miss him. He traveled from Florida to California with him and he is a member of their family.
He answers to his name, ‘Me-Moww’, and will approach you if you call him over or have food.
He’s a cream colored Flame-point Siamese shorthair mix.
He’s about 2 year old & he’s medium sized.
If anyone has info or has any sighting PLEASE CALL the owner’s number on the flyer, or even message me.
I know I would be devastated if this happened to me, especially before Christmas!
Peanut (aka Miso, the left one), of the two friendly alley cats in my neighborhood, has been missing for two weeks now, and I'm worried about him because the biggest typhoon in years is about to hit the mainland Japan. . .

Cats, willful as they are, often prefer to go where they want. For short or long periods of time they stay away, without exception, to the chagrin of their owners. In the course of time followed by anxiety and fear if the animal will ever return. Especially in the big city with its busy traffic.

I think there's a cat somewhere out here, but I can't tell because my balcony has turned into a jungle. What the hell?
But what's more, this is the first photo I've uploaded using my very own Android application - upStream. If you want to see what it's about, check out the website at hooligansoftware.com/
