Leaves left over from cutting a bunch of mint, stripping off the last two leaves, then potting it in seed starter trays for propogation
At Minter Gardens, there had been rain, but the weather was perfect for us -- cloudy, but warm -- great for walking and taking pictures!
Minter Gardens is just off B.C.'s Hwy 1 between Chilliwack and Hope. For anyone in the area who loves flowers, it should be on your 'must visit' list. (09-07-14-0840)
The students at the Mark Twain Jets Kids Cafe learned about herbs this week and steeped a pound of mint from the Urban Harvest gardens to use as a refreshing addition to their freshly squeezed lemonade.

My mother, wife and I went for a drive to Minter Gardens, located near Vancouver, BC. An enjoyable time was had by all.
