The last of my food shots for the time being. This is another of James,s creations.

Delicious little morsels! I made these per the request of Kimi. She wanted teal frosting, since that was the birthday girl's FAVE color. I decided to add a few simple decorations to compliment this pretty color. Featured are MINI ice cream cone cupcakes. Grasshopper AKA Mint Chocolate flavored. ENJOY!

My mother, wife and I went for a drive to Minter Gardens, located near Vancouver, BC. An enjoyable time was had by all.

The chicken was spicy which I found strange as I do not associated spicy food with Italian cuisine.

I always wanted to do an art-research on what people buy in supermarkets and what strange product combinations appear at the checkout . ( some coffee and milk for our shared office space. somebody next to me really likes mint flavoured cigarettes, uuaahhh ...)

My pot of mint survived the winter outside. I picked off the brown woody bits and it's bounced back and ready for mojito season.

Moroccan-style mint tea is now commonly served all through the West Arab World (North Africa). It is served not only at mealtimes but all through the day, and it is especially a drink of hospitality, commonly served whenever there are guests. Unlike Moroccan food, cooked by women, this tea is traditionally a man's affair: prepared by the head of the family. It is served to guests, and it is impolite to refuse it.
