Since Friday I've been cooking a vegan lunch for 30 yogis per day. Today's dessert was a chocolate-orange cake with a sacher-frosting. The specimen above had a serious accident and looked like driven over by a tractor. I dressed her pretty and snapped this image. The taste was not damaged, guaranteed.

5" topsy turvy tier and 6" bottom tier. Coconut raspberry swirl mudcake. Filled with coconut flavoured ganache (Thanks for the idea Kat, Kat's Cakes).

Hooray, this one worked! I have been failing with anything raspberry in cakes. So was super happy this one turned out! Yummy too!

Spare cake so why not dress it up right? Happens to be that my niece turned 3mnths last wk and her mum loves anything coconut. So off it went to them. Nothing better than experimenting with family :D
