A modular pharmacy.
Some first timers for me. First time to design a model with Studio and not LDD. Moreover first time to build a modular with 4 instead of 3 floors.
The lowest level features a pharmacy where minifigs can get everything for their well-being.
One level above a shrink has his office. Apparently the guy from the casino who lost a lots of hard earned studs is here to do something against his gambling addiction. As soon as he lays down he can no longer hold himself back. The shrink however only looks at the clock above him to ensure maximum profit.
The shrinks profit goes into the two upper level where he turned the old apartment into a fancy looking one including an island kitchen and a jacuzzi.
Statistics:
Parts: 6127
Design time: About 100h
Build time: About 10h
Building instructions are available! Please check: www.ebay.de/sch/paul_faul/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_...

A favorite among the locals, it's not pizza if it's not served by a comely wench or a knight in shining armor. The first floor is the main common hall with a large arched entryway. And very fitting are the large pizza crests adorning the front towers. Customers are not the only ones who get some medieval action – the service entrance in the back is a wooden drawbridge that lowers for unloading deliveries. The second floor is the private dining hall which can be rented out. It features a large stained glass window in the Pizza Castle’s colors of red and yellow. There is a balcony in the front that can be reserved for a romantic dinner for two. As for the rooftop, small parties can enjoy the evening’s fresh air and those who aren’t afraid of heights can go into the completely glassed-in observation room in the middle tower.
The first two minibuilds of Evan's Star Wars advent calendar: The Ghost and Sabine Wren. Apparently, they're both from Star Wars Rebels.

Trying something new, minibuilds. So here's one of the wardrobe from Narnia + a bonus figure of Lucy Pevensie.
Acorn Large Saddle bag on a B17 Narrow. Great bag that I have had for a while now. Thanks to Free Range Cycles for all their help with my gazillion questions and supplying many great parts and to VO for selling an affordable 650 B minibuild set (frame, fork, wheels with 105 hubs, headset, seat post and Mafac-copy cantilever brake set). 584 is so CHOICE!!!

When humans completed a space-jump in 3048 it sent us into a new space race. Competition to settle new worlds and mine its mineral deposits for resources caused war to break out. Seeing the conflict seven pilots started the Guardians, an interspacel peacekeeping force. For centuries the Guardians protected space from pirates, armies, and space monsters, but by 3212 all of the Guardians had been destroyed, except one, crashing on Platos he gave his Guardian crystal to a small boy named William. William grew up, fixed the star-ship, and became a Guardian, the last Guardian. He upgraded the classic Guardian design and renamed it The Raven.
- another awesome memorable year of my life... wonderful pressies on pre-national day celebrations... had exchanged a huge set of LEGO MOVIE for FRIENDS' school set instead... 2 pressies after taking part in a competition and quiz, and a set of SG50 minibuilds as memento for staff.

One of my entries for Rebrick's Mini Build Madness, I was hoping to do a few physical builds, but as we still haven't got our Lego room sorted out, I don't think it is likely at this point.
Here you can see I reused the water cooler minibuild from 7744- one of the many details I integrated into this set.
