WealthCoach is your ABC to Freedom
Let my people go – set the captives free.
Everyone needs something to believe in and something to belong to. And everyone needs to be free – free to be themselves. Freedom is the highest aspiration of the vast majority of people.
I believe that, for most people, Employment, Debt, and the System are forms of imprisonment and slavery. People are, “A slave to…” – and you can fill in the gap. If you aren’t in control of your time, you are a captive to someone or something or some system.
“For most people…” means that this isn’t true for all people. Not everyone is a Natural Entrepreneur, and if they were, we would have no Entrepreneurial Businesses! No, some people work better in an organisation – but it needs to be an Entrepreneurial Organisation – what I call collectively Living Organisations®.
In a Living Organisation, people can find a place to belong, a place to shine.
My purpose is clear: to set people free to excel as an Entrepreneur or within an Entrepreneurial business that they might live a life to the full and realise their full potential. That’s a bold purpose and a never-ending mission – the sort of mission where the journey is as rewarding as the destination.
As straightforward as ABC
What we do in the WealthCoach Community is not simple, but it is straightforward. WealthCoach is your ABC – your “Accelerated Business Catalyst”.
Specifically, the curriculum and the community of coaches work on the Person, the People, and the Processes. By acting as a catalyst, we accelerate the business growth – primarily by working on and with the business owner – the Entrepreneur – the Accelerated Entrepreneur, the Living Entrepreneur.
The approach has a great pedigree – based, as it is, on what I call the work of Three Wise Men (plus one). Like “The Three Musketeers,” there are actually four!
Alphabetically:
•David Allen – the author of “Getting Things Done,” the systematic approach to time management.
•Tony Buzan – the creator of Mind Mapping – the most natural way to create value.
•Stephen Covey – the author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,” and “First Things First.”
•Dan Sullivan – founder of Strategic Coach® - the programme for Entrepreneurs already earning over £100,000 pa.
The above list represents the four pillars of the programme. In reality, there is a massive faculty of wisdom we draw down – too many names to mention, that is until we get to their contribution to the journey - when we will proudly and openly state the source of each key component and milestone.
Why not jump on the Strategic Coach® programme straight away? Well, if you are already earning £100,000 per annum, I’d say, “Jump!” Dan’s programme is meant for you. Our programme is for emerging Entrepreneurs. Our outcome is to get you to your first £100,000 of income each year, and to then to introduce you to Dan’s programme (unless you’d like to stay, of course, and coach other emerging Entrepreneurs!)
The Person, The People, The Processes
“A cord of three strands is not easily broken.”
As Founder of WealthCoach, I believe that building a worthwhile business, 10x your current size, is easier than you think. For example, I’m sure you believe that it would be easily possible to multiple your own personal performance by a factor of 3, don’t you? I’m equally sure that you realise that putting the right team in place could boost your business’ performance by a factor of 3, true? And, finally, it’s entirely conceivable that your business could also grow by a factor of 3 if you refined and improved your systems so that you are both more profitable and productive, isn’t it?
Since any Entrepreneurial Business is an ecosystem (and part of the bigger ecosystem we all live in), it’s easy to appreciate that improving the Person, the People, and the Processes, each by a factor of 3, will work synergistically. For example, if you improve your own performance, do you think that will have an impact on your team? Of course it will! And if you improve your team, do you think they will find more ways to enhance the productivity and profitability of your systems? Naturally!
3 + 3 + 3 x Synergy = >10 As I said, not simple but straightforward. My own background in Accelerated Learning and Life Sciences means you can do this faster, organically, sustainably, naturally.
I’d like to share with you a foretaste of how we will work together on all three strands.
THE PERSON
I’m sure you realise by now this is really all about you. The Community and the Programme is made for the Entrepreneur. The Accelerated and Living Entrepreneur is the Map Maker, the Path Finder, the Pioneer. Each Entrepreneur needs to find their flow. They need to be fuelled by motivation and vision – by insight and innovative thinking to literally create the value that will empower and enrich the business.
For this reason, we begin with you as an emerging Entrepreneur and we help you find your flow (and the blocks to your flow!) You have unique gifts and talents, and the business will only truly thrive when you spend the majority of your time working within your best flow.
As such, we’ll not only help you find your flow (with Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamics), we’ll also help you take back control of your time (using a blend of David Allen’s “Getting Things Done,” Covey’s “First Things First,” Claus Møller’s approach which built Time Manager International, and Dan Sullivan’s Entrepreneurial Time System.)
You’ll unleash your creativity using, amongst other things, Tony Buzan’s Mind Mapping – including the most powerful software versions of this creative productivity tool. Mind Mapping was rightfully described by Rikki Hunt as, “The Swiss Army Knife for the Brain.” One tool, multiple applications.
All of this is amazing as long as you maintain your motivation. As such, Motivational Mapping, with Jamie Skipper, is a core part of our systematic approach to boosting your performance. This, like Wealth Dynamics, will be important when we draw the right team to you too. Their dynamics and their motivators will necessarily be different to yours, and you, as their Leader, will need to understand and leverage this.
On that last note, before we move on to the People, I’m sure you’ll recognise that you need to become an extraordinary leader if you are to inspire extraordinary performance in your team. A key to the programme, therefore, is developing your Entrepreneurial Leadership skills. (ZengerFolkman, “The Extraordinary Leader.”)
The people
An extraordinary Entrepreneur needs an extraordinary team around her or him. Each team member needs a place and the space to shine – using their own unique gifts and talents. As such, the Wealth Dynamics and Motivational Mapping that help the Entrepreneur discover their own gifts, talents, and motivational fuel in the Person part of the programme also spill over into the next phase where we build the team – the People.
We utilise the BlessingWhite X Model of Engagement to help you and your team understand how an Entrepreneurial Organisation actually brings freedom when everyone is in a place where they can thrive. If you, the Entrepreneur, are fuelled by motivation and vision, your people are fuelled by engagement and recognition. They need to be part of something they believe in and are engaged with. Traditional organisations can destroy personal freedom, but entrepreneurial, living organisations empower people to be free to express their unique gifts and talents. That’s a business worth building.
the processes
A profitable and productive business is one that will need to become so efficient and effective that it works without you! This is a business that is a true asset – an asset that lets you prosper whether or not you are physically present.
The fuel for this kind of business is automation, insourcing and outsourcing. Whether you build an in-house team or a virtual team around the Globe – it’s certain that you have to consistently free yourself up from anything that is not your unique gift or talent. And, to a degree, you need to Lead your team to do the same. Through technology and delegation, your business can scale, leading ever higher numbers of people to live the life of freedom we all aspire to.
Michael Gerber (“The E Myth”) and Dan Sullivan (Strategic Coach®) agree on the need to create a systematic Entrepreneurial business that works without you. Until then, you will remain attached as the key asset.
The Community
Couldn’t you do this on your own – after all, I’ve provided many hyperlinks to our source material? The answer is, “Yes!” I began by saying that everyone needs to believe in something – and I’ve shared what I believe in – you don’t have to join us in order to believe in the same things, nor to learn the key strategies. But I also said everyone needs to belong to something. Without a shadow of doubt, 80% of the value of our programme comes from the people on the programme, not the strategies we teach. It’s about the tribe. It’s about you finding your own place to shine in the community of like-minded emerging entrepreneurs.
Believe and belong.
What next?
If you’d like to join our tribe, our movement, our revolution – the first step is to connect! Connecting to a network of like-minded people will undoubtedly begin building the net worth of your business.
I look forward to being your companion on this exciting journey.

I have finally done it! I have wanted to be able to export Tinderbox files to the web properly ever since I first started using it (in 2002?). Today, I put the final touches on my initial testing version of the Tinderbox Web Viewer. Go ahead. Play with it.
I hope to package a version which You Too(tm) can use soon.

Experiences around piloting the model and framework revealed that practitioners were often at a loss as to what a design might ‘look’ like, and discussions tended to be esoteric and scattered. It was suggested therefore that teams draw up a mindmap that identified the main functionality and design of the programme or session they had chosen. However, some teams found this a challenge, so a mindmap 'model' (http://docs.google.com/View?id=dcqj5jv4_131d2686rhf) was developed. The online mindmap is adaptable, and users are encouraged to change it to suit their purposes.
The range of spaces, activities, tasks and interactions illustrated in the mindmap is extensive. However, rather than expecting that all will be used simultaneously, users are guided to select the items and tools carefully, and to ‘mix and match’ to suit circumstances and to change or omit any elements that are irrelevant or unsuitable. Although the central starting point of the mindmap is labelled ‘course’ it could just as easily be a Community of Practice, a department, or a support unit.
The mindmap has been piloted with virtual community space design (see, for example, Te Hononga Maori Architecture Studio - moodle.unitec.ac.nz/course/view.php?id=136), as well as with other educaiton programmes and activities. Anecdotal feedback to date suggests that teams thought it was a great help to 'see' their design, and visualise all of the disparate but interconnected elements. It was also a great springboard for discussions about the pedagogical reasons for including elements such as, for example, informal, social spaces.
