Unlike the injection moulding toys, vinyl toys have more limitation regarding on the toy's looks and design.
The TV screen insert idea can be easy to make in injection moulding, but in vinyl toys it's not easy to execute. Vinyl toy should be simple and we want to keep it that way. So we come up with an idea by adding the joint area on the back part of the TV. When the TV assembled the joint should be able to support the card insert and keep it stand and not falling.
