Tam brzóz różowa kora i zieleń wesoła,
a w jej ruchliwej sukni nieb błękitne koła.
A we mnie biało, biało, cicho, jednostajnie -
bo noszę w sobie wszystkich barw skupioną tajnię. -
O jakże się w białości mojej bieli męczę -
chcę barwą być - a któż mnie rozbije na tęczę?"

Love Is
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
Love is the one way for me
My heart of a burning need
Playing the simple and free
For everything it can read
It’s walking in slow or fast
Making its shine or dark red
Some of its steps shall last
Others are already now dead
Feelings have flicker wings
Some are goods others bad
That of endurence still sings
Others for fun merely had

I added the heart-shaped cloud. The Vistula is the longest and one

Note: I wrote the following poem in 2002, it's only available in French, sorry
Sache

And I Love You So
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
And I love you so
In my wandering ways
Like the clouds that go
In the manner that plays
Lost and found everyone
Where the days meet night
And we are so alone
In the lost of late flight
With a heart catching fire
From the day of never come
Any loving aspiring desire
Where every love is from
Emotions of deep oceans
That reaches to the land
Flights of such devotions
Only we may understand
For this I love you so
In timeless space of thought
Like a morning coming glow
Those rainbows have taught
Something inside quite dear
Of every peripatetic play
When love is so much near
In words of closeness say

There is Only You
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
There is only you
In the ocean sand
Every heart line true
To give and understand
Like the tide's waves
Of motions to and fro
A love that one craves
In its emotion's flow
Inside of all this
Lies a future ahead
Like tomorrow bliss
Waves of shading bled
On to the open shore
No one knows what comes
Flickering flow amour
Of contrasting amalgams
There is only two
The line and inside
Like sea and sky blue
That is mystified
With earth and the air
Conquering man's core
Within everything here
That comes ashore

Don’t Go Too Far
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
Don’t go too far
On to a nowhere sky
Just be a love star
With my hopes high
Reaching to another heart
Inside and outside
Feelings of some apart
Where my kite can glide
Always be within trust
Like new sunshine
Or my kite will get lost
Across a distant line
I'll hold on to my rope
And never let go
If my kite's within hope
With the air flow
Don’t be a far-off dream
In diversities about
Catching a nowhere stream
That gives you a doubt
For everything goes then
Further then life is for
And we'll not reach again
To our hope of shore

Like Petals of the Rose
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
Something is going to somewhere around
Everything is drifting to the time
Feelings and sorrows so often in rime
Inside your touches so much there to be found
You are a heart that is throbbing always on
Following footsteps of love many ways
Everything coming from tinctured plays
Until those moments are forever gone
You and I just two persons far apart
On to the blueness of our daybreak's song
From our beginning where we did both start
With full of hopes and thoughts still we long
Love comes close - we sometimes are one
Like petals of the rose in the morning sun

Love padlocks are a custom by which sweethearts affix padlocks to a fence or similar public fixture to symbolise their love. Since 2008, love locks have started appearing on the Hohenzollern Bridge in Cologne, Germany. The bridge is 409.19 meters long and is full of these locks between the sidewalk and the tracks. Deutsche Bahn, the bridge's operator, threatened to have the locks removed, but relented in the face of public opposition.
I visited Cologne a few days ago. It's such a great and dynamic place. I'll soon post a big panoramic view showing all the city.

Padlock Sing a Long Song
A poem by Katie Gabrielle
Love locks me
And I'm blind
So be gentle
Please be kind
Place this lock upon
The fence
Do it quickly
Don't be dense!
Sing a padlock
Lull a bye
Stay you with me
No Goodbye
Lock me tightly
On the nearest fence
Walk away
It makes no sense
Hum the padlock
Lull a bye
Sing it softly
No goodbye
Smile and think
about the many
Who forgot to lock me
And don't get any
Want to wonder why I stay
Instead of throwing me away
I'm made of metal and a key
But I'm a singer!
I am me!

I Carry Your Heart With Me
A poem by e.e. cummings
i carry your heart with me (i carry it in
my heart) i am never without it (anywhere
i go you go, my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing, my darling)
i fear no fate (for you are my fate, my sweet) i want
no world (for beautiful you are my world, my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you
here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart (i carry it in my heart)

Love Is Everywhere
A poem by Darryl Omari
In a dream I have
Love is everywhere
It embraced you there
While it wiped out fear
In a gut laugh tear
In the beds we share
In a chocolate eclair
In a thoughtful prayer
On the seven seas
In the homes of kids
In the air we breathe
In the leaves on trees
Love sent overseas
Rushes back to me
God is so darned pleased
Dreams deferred... LOVE needs

The Love Heart
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
The love heart is we
Both of us true
As feelings need to be
So life can renew
Easy comes from a stream
Flowing to the head
One in two it seem
Turning love to red
This is you and I
Giving of our touch
To the night dream sky
With its love so much
Nothing can be said
That isn't already here
Heart of one - two head!
So we both can share
Opposite two in one
Coming with love thru
Till our time's gone
In a rising dawn dew
Easy comes from a dream
That we together had
When love’s its true theme
Nothing needs to add

The Heart Is an Old Fortress
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
The heart is an old fortress
Where gold can glow
The sweetness of love‘s caress
Fast throbbing or slow
Often when our love is old
There is not much then to give
But if you to sweetness still hold
You can invent and relive
Heart is in the years you feel
Winning its time with grace
So much could still be unreal
If you’ll find its beat’s place
Love is a never ending story
Some is of luck and hope
With much still in its repertory
That works as kaleidoscope
Though heart is a beat in time
In its youth forward going
You can still have its prime
With every love that’s flowing
Nothing needs to stop love
It can always grow on
Or twinkle as stars far above
Until its beat is all gone

seems to snuggle up to a dog in this picture from the Pencil Vs

Love Is...
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
Love is a love today
Like before and without
Feelings gestured and play
That’s what love’s about
Nothing to do with playing
It’s just you and me
Forever in a heart staying
With every its opportunity
Love is not gone away
Like some of a longing
It’s in your heart to stay
Never its own abandoning
Ties to its circumstances
Giving its standing a thought
Each of its moments enhances
Blossoms of Forget-Me-Not
Love is a love like May
Spring in its freshest mood
All that makes life okay
Time of each life and food
Every in its music of own
Growing in wisdom more
All that can never be shown
That is what love stands for

My Inspiration
A poem by Bilal Anaim
You are the goddess
and I'm the clay
You form and mold
day after day
For me you have
within your grasp
Please don't
let me harden.
Not to you my love
but to this world
Softening myself to you
like the true love of the lord
Within you I found an empty place
for my heart to stay alive
A place where I found
my inspiration and drive

I Do Not Love You Except Because I Love You
A poem by Pablo Neruda
I do not love you except because I love you;
I go from loving to not loving you,
From waiting to not waiting for you
My heart moves from cold to fire.
I love you only because it's you the one I love;
I hate you deeply, and hating you
Bend to you, and the measure of my changing love for you
Is that I do not see you but love you blindly.
Maybe January light will consume
My heart with its cruel
Ray, stealing my key to true calm.
In this part of the story I am the one who
Dies, the only one, and I will die of love because I love you,
Because I love you, Love, in fire and blood.

My Body - Is a Part of You
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
My body
Is a part of you
A flower of mankind
The soft skin
- touches to renew
Everything you can find
Love of young and old
My dreams flying here by
Nothing that time can hold
As blissful
As the blue of sky
My body
Like waves of sea
Going with emotions through
Love song
- The inside of me
Something thats a part of you
Feelings that I m to live
Trying to reach my destiny
From all of me
Ill give
To make it forever
- In spirits free
My body
- The roots of earth
Dreams to follow and wake
Im like you
Of my own worth
And sowing my seeds
To make
Life to become of reality
Fulfilling hopes
And dreams
That you might
In my footsteps see
River going through
In deep streams

Batter My Heart
A poem by John Donne
Batter my heart, three person'd God; for, you
As yet but knock, breathe, shine, and seek to mend;
That I may rise, and stand, o'erthrow me, and bend
Your force, to break, blow, burn and make me new.
I, like an usurpt town, to another due,
Labour to admit you, but Oh, to no end,
Reason, your viceroy in me, me should defend,
But is captiv'd, and proves weak or untrue,
Yet dearely I love you, and would be lov'd faine,
But am betroth'd unto your enemy,
Divorce me, untie, or break that knot again,
Take me to you, imprison me, for I
Except you enthrall me, never shall be free,
Nor ever chast, except you ravish me.

German postcard by WS Druck, Wanne-Eickel, nr. F 118. Photo: Hansa-Film.
Danish actress Ann Smyrner (1934) was the glamorous star of more than 50 European B-films of the 1950’s and 1960’s. The blonde sex bomb spent most of her screen career in Germany. After appearing in several sex comedies, she retired and started to study theology.
Hanne Smyrner was born in 1934 in Frederiksborg, Denmark. Her father Poul had an acting school in Aarhus; her mother was a concert singer. She started her career in the Theater of Aarhus. At 22 she went to Munich, Germany. In 1957 she makes her film debut in the German production Von Allen Geliebt/Of All Loved (1957, Paul Verhoeven) with Magda Schneider and Johannes Heesters. That same year she was chosen among a thousand girls to play the title role opposite Adrian Hoven in the crime comedy Lilli - ein Mädchen aus der Großstadt/Lilli – a Girl from the Big City (1958, Hermann Leitner), based on a comic strip from the boulevard daily Bild. She was presented as a blonde sex bomb in this film and that image sticked with her. Next she was the threat to the love interest of Caterina Valente in Hier bin ich, hier bleib' ich/ Here I Am, Here I Stay (1959, Werner Jacobs), a Schlagerfilm with a guest appearance of Bill Haley and His Comets. In 1960 she became the female lead in the American-Danish Monster film Reptilicus (1961, Poul Bang, Sidney W. Pink), when actress Nora Hayden refused second billing and walked out on the production. She appeared in another Fantasy film by American director Sidney W. Pink, Journey to the Seventh Planet (1962), starring John Agar. She played one of her best roles as a woman in love in the Austrian romantic comedy Romanze in Venedig/Romance in Venice (1962, Eduard von Borsody) with Walter Reyer.
In 1963 Ann Smyrner started a much publicized affair with co-star Lex Barker while filming the adventure film Das Todesauge von Ceylon/Scarlet Eye (1963, Gerd Oswald, Giovanni Roccardi). She co-starred again with him in the comedy Frühstück im Doppelbett/Breakfast in Bed (1963, Axel von Ambesser) starring O.W. Fischer and Liselotte Pulver. In 1964 while on location in South Africa for her first British film, the detective Victim Five (1964, Robert Lynn) starring Lex Barker again, she became heiress to a 4-5 Million DM fortune. During the 1960’s she mostly appeared in mediocre B-films. Her credits include Die Schwarze Kobra/The Black Cobra (1963, Rudolf Zehetgruber) with Adrian Hoven, the Edgar Wallace mystery Das Siebente Opfer/The Racetrack Murders (1964, Franz Josef Gottlieb) with Hansjörg Felmy, Angélique et le roi/Angelique and the King (1966, Bernard Borderie) starring Michèle Mercier, the action film Kommissar X - Drei gelbe Katzen/Death Is Nimble, Death Is Quick (1966, Rudolf Zehetgruber) starring Tony Kendall and Brad Harris, the Polish Sci-Fi film Kiedy milosc byla zbrodnia/Rassenschande: When Love Was a Crime (1968, Jan Rybkowski), and the spaghetti western Al di là della legge/The Good Die First (1968, Giorgio Stegani) starring Lee Van Cleef. In 1968 she suffered a breakdown on the Zurich-Rome express. Afterwards she was in a Danish hospital for six weeks. She quickly returned to the screen and appeared in sex comedies like Zu dumm zum.../Too Stupid to… (1971, Henry van Lyck), and the cross-dressing farce Tante Trude aus Buxtehude/Aunt Trude from Buxtehude (1971, Franz Josef Gottlieb), a vehicle for tv star Rudi Carrell. In 1972 Ann Smyrner retired from the cinema and started to study theology. In the early 1990’s she moved to Benalmadena, near Malaga, Spain. She writes books about religious and esoteric subjects. Her longtime companion is Danish journalist Ole Hansen.

A Flower of Blossom Dim
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
I want to touch your inner wing
With a kiss of my dark
Whereas the hours of night sing
With tones of the lark
A flower of blossom dim
My heart on to you will try
With emotions of whimsy whim
That opens up winter sky
Oh hold me in darkness long
With flowers of blackness blue
And give me your night love song
That comes with a cleansing thru
What have you here given me?
That is from the other site
And becomes in my fluid free
When we our love have tried
Sweetness so ever in deep
From roots of the fallen heart
Ours forever to keep
When lights again shall start
Trust every footstep's embrace
That beats the stoned road on
There are many turning ways
To get back when lights are gone

"Ja nie wiem ktory to juz raz
Opadam z wolna na kolana
I wcale nie dlatego, ze
Chce sie ukorzyc tobie Panie
Ja juz nie wierze w dobroc Twa
Sadu ostatecznego sie nie boje
Bo tak jak ten co krzywdzi mnie
Tak i ja - jestesmy dzielo Twoje
Nad soba nie uzalam sie
O nic juz nie chce prosic Ciebie
Zachowaj Panie milosc swa
Dla tych co w wiekszej sa potrzebie
Z kazdego zla podniose sie
Bez twojej boskiej laski swietej
Chocby sie stalo nie wiem co
Przeklinac Cie nie bede wiecej
I tylko chcialabym bys Ty
W ostatnim dniu mego istnienia
Nim w nieskonczonosc wtracisz mnie
- Poprosil mnie o przebaczenie.... "
