Day 5 - Sally and Zero having all kinds of Disney fun. She even picked up the new pumpkin for this year!!!
I don't find myself alone with a giant pumpkin very often, but when I do I am usually at Disneyland.

As of last Friday (the 13th), Disneyland is decorated for Halloween. Seasonally speaking Fall and Winter are my two favorite seasons, and all my favorite holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas) are in the last 3 months of the year.
Happy Halloween! I hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween. Halloween is the first clear sign of Fall for us on the West Coast, now I just wish the weather would agree and cool down a bit. I'm looking forward to the upcoming winter and holiday season.
This was our spot for the Halloween parade at the Magic Kingdom. Right at the middle of Town Square, right on the curb, facing down Main Street U.S.A. I couldn't have planned it better myself. I took this before anything had started, after the spots were staked out and we were all just waiting. The color that bathed Main Street during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party were absolutely awesome. I was really pleased with how cleanly this turned out. I thought it might be more annoying to process with all the varying colors. Please let me know what you all think as any suggestion is welcomed and appreciated. Enjoy!
I was hoping to get another shot at this one before the Halloween decorations come down but it looks like I am going to have to wait til next year. The good thing is the decorations start going up in September so the wait is really only about 10 months.
Love the Nephews and one of my favorite pin set they ever made was depicting them in Halloween costumes. So they had to come to Disneyland with me and well we had to try the Poison apple tart (they didn't like it at all)

Faux Pumpkin Patch - the safest patch :D
Sally painted her own pumpkin and the little cute pumpkin face rocks too :D She was thrilled to find all these goodies tucked away in our Fall box!!!
I know my post yesterday was titled "Fall is Here", but after my run in the 65 degree weather this morning my ears were cold (although it was still humid, that's "cool" for September in my neck of the woods)! I'm so excited to start getting pumpkin flavored things and getting really excited for my visit to Massachussets at the end of October to visit Kristin W and hopefully get to see some real fall colors!!

I really love all of the Fall/Halloween decorations on Main Street in Magic Kingdom, they really make the place extra magical
