This was my first larger foundation piecing project and i think it turned out really fun! the scraps were from a couple of baby quilts i made a few years ago.
The pattern is from MichellePatterns: www.etsy.com/listing/75696586/grocery-bag-pdf-sewing-patt...
And the inspiration/instruction is from her blog, where she suggests foundation piecing quilting scraps to make this bag: keyka.typepad.com/my_weblog/2016/12/new-patchwork-grocery...
I use these bags for my lunches and also to shop at Aldi - i made a set of not-patchwork ones to shop there out of a very long piece of fabric i picked up at an estate sale for a few dollars :D

I only had half yard cuts of the interior fabrics so I used the exterior fabrics for both handle parts.

Fabric: Medium weight denim & blue ticking for the outside & Denyse Schmidt fabrics for the inside.
