This was one of the many bits of 'wall furniture' within the Victorian section of Lincoln Prison. I'm not altogether sure of its purpose, other than it relating to the cell number it is situated outside. Answers on a postcard, please.
Just a capture of the view in front of a metal folding divider which was designed by a local artist. The ironwork was so details and let such wonderful light come through in the late afternoon contrasting the spiked plant which had this green/orange/golden hue to it in the side-sun.
