Same beach, same rock, different compostion from my last post. I decided to retain some colour for this image, to highlight the green on the cliffs, and add some warmth.
My metadata randomly disappears on export from LR, even when enabled ?? another bug.....5 second exposure at f11, focal length 16mm, Canon 5d mk3.
Some photographer's metadata: I had followed this limpkin as she walked down the trail with her two fuzz-ball chicks trailing her. She eventually veered into the shrubbery with the chicks right behind her. But in a matter of seconds she had emerged at the top of this nearby bush and given me this pose. Photo taken at Circle B Bar Reserve, a wetland reserve near Lakeland, Florida, USA.
The Limpkin (Aramus guarauna) gets little credit for the beauty it adds to the marshes and swamps of Florida. It measures about 26-inches (66 cm) from beak-tip to tail-tip and has a piercing, repeated wail or song that often disturbs the peaceful atmosphere of the marsh. But I have learned to love their song anyhow because . . .

Photographer's metadata: We were driving through the Anza-Borrego Desert near Borrego Springs, California, when we passed this group of mailboxes hunkered down in the shade of a tree. As we passed it, I only caught a brief glimpse of the scene, not a sharp framed mental image. I turned my car around and headed back to see if it was worth taking a photograph. The photograph shows them in their effort to seek refuge from the relentless heat . . . my 'post-camera image management technique' has allowed me to present it as I first saw it at a glimpse. (FA)

Some tweaking to this one, as I clipped most of the tail and the right side of the tree in the flight shot. So this is a composite of five different images I took at the time. The metadata is not from the flight shot.

Montal is a well-known gastronomic cult place located in the old Roman zone of Zaragoza, Spain, which has different spaces to enjoy its careful cuisine, as well as a gourmet store, and a very good winery equipped with excellent wines.
It even has a small museum that houses, among other objects, the clock mechanism of the New Tower of Zaragoza, erected in 1504 and demolished in 1892, due to its inclination and dilapidated state of some parts.
"Against the iron will to make it disappear, guided more by particular interests than by reasoned reasons, a group of Aragonese was born, headed by the figure of Mr. Anselmo Gascón de Gotor, carrying out a fervent defense. Photo taken with a Nikon Z6II camera with an attached 7Artisans 10mm F2.8 FishEye lens for full frame cameras, which has 178º coverage, but does not have connection pins with the camera, therefore some of the metadata information or either it is wrong or it does not appear.

Montal es un conocido local de culto gastronómico situado en el casco romano antiguo de Zaragoza, España, que tiene diferentes espacios para disfrutar de su esmerada cocina, además de una tienda gourmet, y una bodega muy buen dotada de excelentes vinos.
Incluso tiene un pequeño museo que alberga, entre otros objetos, el mecanismo del reloj de la Torre Nueva de Zaragoza, erigida en 1504 y demolida en 1892, debido a su inclinación y estado ruinoso de algunas partes.
"Contra la voluntad férrea de hacerla desaparecer, guiados más por intereses particulares que por motivos argumentados, nació un grupo de aragoneses, encabezados por la figura de D. Anselmo Gascón de Gotor, realizando una ferviente defensa. Sin embargo, en 1892 desapareció uno de los más insignes símbolos de la ciudad de Zaragoza." Quando sfoglio il mio album di fotografie, mi lascio attraversare dai ricordi. Cerco di farmi tornare in mente non solo l'immagine, di per sè, ma anche il contesto. Era caldo? Freddo? C'era vento? Si sentiva qualcosa nell'aria? Ero da solo? Che ora era?
E' davvero bello sentire -spesso- che tutte queste informazioni sono ancora lì, nella mente e nel cuore, come dei metadati nascosti nel tessuto cerebrale... e così, quando riguardo una foto, in realtà la sento di nuovo molto di più e più profondamente. La rivivo. Ed è solo mia. Quei metadati fanno parte di me, e anche se qualche volta cerco di raccontarli, non potranno mai essere vissuti.

It's funny that the metadata says this was done with a Panasonic G9 with Leica lens at 1/3200 of a second on March 13. It was actually made March 12, using a Fabriano sketchbook and Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils. And it took hours.
