Handheld shot from Meols Beach in North West England. The forecast was for high cloud and very little low. This would have provided a decent sunset. Unfortunately they got it the wrong way round!

LA VENTA de VALDEMUDO
Valdemudo es uno de los enclaves mas interesantes de Canal. En él se ubicó una venta - La Venta Nueva o de Valdemudo - que servía tanto a los operarios y marinos del Canal como a los pastores trashumantes de la Cañada Real Leonesa. Junto a ella se levantaban almacenes de servicio y una inclusa de prevención, esto es, un barracón para albergar a los presidiarios que trabajaban en el Canal de Castilla.

A wonderful evening spent down on Meols beach, Merseyside.
As the sun descended casting some wonderful light across the sky, I was able to capture one of the many boats located here.
Its a bit of a tricky location, as quicksand can be a problem.
Need a little relaxation :)
This i reckon is the oldest boat on Meol's beach, its the furthest one out and has no engine either, always nice to capture its flakey paintwork and rust, just a matter of time and a good storm just may sink it for good. A massive 1065 second exposure as the light fades was enough to capture this image.
Some of the best light and colours can be seen behind you when shooting sunsets, its very rare i shoot into the sun, i much prefer whats going on around me, taken from last nights shoot at Meol's Beach

- En el centro, arriba y un poco a la derecha la silueta blanca de la iglesia de San Nicolás (S. XVI) y delante el mirador de San Nicolás lleno de gente a todas horas.
- Abajo, entre árboles, siguiendo el cauce del río, la Carrera del Darro y, un poco a la izquierda de esas lonas de color azul, las cubiertas del Bañuelo con las claraboyas que iluminan el interior de estos baños árabes.
That time of year when the sun becomes visible on the horizon so the boats are pointing in a good direction, the opposite at sunset you get the back end which makes for a harder composition.
A small alteration to one of my seascape pictures taken on Meol's Beach North West England. just another one of my picture postcard series.
This old boat has no engine and is just left to the elements, with some high tides lately the boat was surrounded by a higher than normal bank of sand, and a bit tricky to reach this time of year, due to the soft sinking sand in certain areas.

With the sun setting over my left shoulder and avoiding my shadow casting across the picture and not much cloud in the sky i managed to capture this old boat on a North West Beach.

Di fronte ad un soggetto animale diverso, spesso indugiano a squadrarlo, ad osservarlo, quasi a volerlo misurare nelle sue intenzioni. Questo può essere fatale, perché il predatore approfitta, inesorabile, di questi momenti di esitazione. Così poteva accadere anche per questo giovane scoiattolo, che invece si è concesso al fotografo ..... ..
