A concise menu whose curated list makes dining decisions difficult to make (because it literally all sounds great). A process made even harder when compounded with the fact that the affable servers were well versed with the list, and able to wax poetic about each item. I was also pleased with the wine recs (even when by the glass).
Seemingly designed to cater to out of town conceptions. The Scotch whisky ice cream sounds interesting.

The entrée at HuTong. Scallops with pomello, asparagus with sesame and chilli,
a small salad of semi-dried shrimp with beans and shoots. Was very impressive and delicious.
So many things to try! We tried a lot of them...
