My popular dinner and party treat! Hearty Italian style meatballs stuffed with mozarella or provolone (whichever I might have handy, of course).

Here are some Turkey Meatballs for you to grab!
Jason made dinner on April 4. It was one of the kraft weekly dinner specials (which we will have to finish all the recipes for this week)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
12 oz. (3/4 of 1-lb. pkg.) meatballs
4 crusty sandwich buns, split
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
COMBINE spaghetti sauce, water and Parmesan cheese in large skillet. Add meatballs; stir gently to evenly coat. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
REDUCE heat to medium; simmer 8 min. or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
SPOON into buns; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
I spent the weekend making about 78 meatballs (3 lbs of meat!) and that was about all I did until Sunday night. So, here are the meatballs after shaping being set up for freezing.

Shelf Display Other Meatballs- I did not choose because of price. Extra Credit - are the larger size meatballs for sandwiches. Include sauce packages with different flavors or seasonings.

My second meal of the week came courtesy of Ikea. Swedish meatballs with gravy and Ligonberry Jam and chips. Delicious!
