This time we have overstuffed our signature French bread with layers of seasoned marinara meatballs and a mound of mozzarella cheese. Bake this up for an indulgent treat and enjoy each delectable, messy, cheesy, saucy, meaty, yummy bite.

I went to the famous St. Lawrence Market and bought 3 pounds of fresh ground beef for five dollars!

The result was so very delicious. Next time I'll have to remember to pack them a little more tightly, however.

Easy vegan meatballs make a delicious and filling vegan meal, especially when served with a plate of simple tomato pasta and a cheeky glass of wine.

Who doesn't like Finnish or Swedish meatballs? I mean, people drive to IKEA just for those. These are made with seitan, wheat gluten, over freshly made pappardelle with quick cucumber pickles and elderberry jam

Best meatballs ever, they have such a complex taste, so flavorful! They were gone in minutes, I only got two!!

Cut the buns in half horizontally and pinched out the inside. The meatballs needed space!

 

Juicy tender meatballs (2 parts beef and 1 part pork) braised in homemade tomato sauce nestled in ciabatta bun with aged provolone, sauteed kale, and onion. Can you say yum?
