This is not actually for sale. It was built for the Lego Halo Contest.
Clearly mine is on the right, and the prototype is on the left.
Well, I got a different kind of sprue yesterday, and so I decided to see what I could do. As you can see, it wasn't very good, but it works for now. I can always break it and cut the glue off the tube. Picture of the sprue in a bit.
Fresh from the brick affliction wave 2 release. He features legs from Victor, a splaser from Will,(thanks to the chef) and of course Andrew's armour. Everything was painted by me, on the 2 hour ride to brickfair. All the paint is from testors. I will slowly be transitioning over to citadel when I get a chance to pick some up. I will revisit him eventually but as for now he's done. Thanks to toywiz for getting him shipped to me in 3 days, with 1 night to spare before I left. It was fun painting this armour, a step up from the first wave. My future projects will mostly be to sell through jameson over at customminifigsyndicate. Thanks for looking. C and C appreciated.
Sergeant Major Avery "Junior" Johnson with Master Chief Petty Officer John-117.
Likely my very last improvement to my series of Master Chief minifigs (going all the way back to 2005).
Last night's line up for the midnight release of HALO 3 at Best Buy on Dundas street, downtown Toronto.
No plans again tonight so just walked around my house aimlessly trying to find things to photograph. Masterchief helmet and a pcb.
Mid exposure lens swap from the Samyang on the macro tubes to the Tokina @11mm. Tripod 1 for the pcb macro, lit from the front and back with the led lenser.. Lens cap on and swapped out for the Tokina. Onto tripod 2 and wafted the fibre optic lp brush gelled orange.
The fact that half of my kitchen is in plain view from the reflection on the visor takes away some of the feel I was going for but hey ho.
This is number 202 of my 366.

I had a few requests to do a "Master Chief Sunset" photo, so rather than just doing a simple repeat of "Sunset" I thought I'd try to do something a bit more abstract with the sky, and go with different colours.
I like the lighting on the Chief, but maybe I've overdone the post edit effects. I probably should have used reference images to get a better/realistic effect... but this was just about 20mins of playing about, with no real plan.
In an attempt to stop the Flood, Master Chief and a Spartan sniper are lead by Arbiter.
ARBITER: The target is there. Does your shooter think he can disable it?
SPARTAN: Yo, Fish Face, you show me the target, I'll take it out.
MASTER CHIEF: Corporal, enough. Do, you think you can get us closer, Arbiter?
ARBITER: This way...
Master Chief as he appears in the Halo series.
*Armor by BrickForge
*Decals by Shmails
*Plasma Sword by BrickArms
Spartan II wearing the Mark VI armor with what you could called crappy drawn EVA shoulders.
I didn't have many materials nor any money to buy them so I had to go with grey paint and a Sharpie marker, that's right, SHARPIE MOTHER FUCKERS.
Sorry for not uploading much LEGYGOES.
Also, S-II kick S-III and S-IV ass anydays. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE HARDER TO KILL. FUCK THE UNSC THEY CALL DR. HASLEY A BITCH SHE FUCKING SAVE HUMANITY FUCKING SCUMBAG UNSC.
Pretty cool figure, the scale is odd though, it's taller than the new rescaled Halo 3 Chief but still shorter than Jorge. The rifle in this picture is not the rifle it came with, it's the MA5B that came with the old Red Team Leader figure.

Just added a bunch of new UV-printed minifigs to the website! Check the news post there for more info.
Yes I cheated and reused my custom olive Spartan's body but that was always my intention :p It was a royal pain in the ass to get the head to attach to the body due to the Halo 3 and Reach figures being different scales and the ball joints in the heads being incompatible. I know he's not fully olive green but I'm digging the olive/silver scheme so I'm keeping it for now.
This didn't turn out as good as I hoped, i'm still trying to come up with a simple lighting setup. I really wish I had room for a dedicated desk. I think the chief needed to be moved away from the camera and some objects placed closer, to create a better sense of scale. I'll probably re-do this shot sometime.
Photoshop: brought out the colors, and dust tidy up.
An attempt to get the effect of the Chief looking from a cliff at a battle happening in the distance.
I think it works up to a point, there needs to be something in the foreground and background, its one I hope will grow on me, I like the red glow and the reflection in the visor (used a little red LED torch).
I've heightened the Chief, given him vambraces, shortened the ODST, and equipped them with Brickarms. &^D
