End of day six. This is the framing for the recessed shelf in the bathtub alcove. I guess these also go by the name "shower niche". It's basically where you put your soap and shampoo.

The old baseboard heating element has been removed and replaced with a brand new one. Here is the new one without the front cover and sides.
Electricians came through and wired the bedroom as well as added a new subpanel in our circuit breaker box.

This layout maximizes the existing space and the existing walk-in closet. A custom tub is larger than a standard tub. By switching the walk-in closet to the left side of the space, this allows a more efficient layout for the custom tub. The vanity and toilet locations are interchangeable in this layout. The toilet is placed in this layout for a bit more privacy.
