The Master’s Thesis of architect Olli Enne is a model design of a small, modular house that could easily be purchased and placed on the lot of an existing single family home and then rented out. The first prototype has been built in ‪#Vantaa‬, and has 49 square meters (527 square feet) of living space. The house, called Yksiö Puutarhassa (roughly translated to a single room house in the garden), is a cleanly designed, ecological wooden house. I am continuing to collect lovely salt cellars & I have to admit to getting a bit out of control. Although I am planning (soon) to stop browsing Ebay & Etsy for salt cellars & spoons, I have already broken a few of my initial rules--only clear glass, only individual salts, no single-item purchase over $10. Oh, well! Yes, this is a master salt (the one for the middle of the table, not at the place setting). I love the design and the color! It cost $13 at Ole Carousel Antique Centre in Stanfordville, New York, USA. That place is a real hazard! Lovely items, huge selection, not-bad prices! This salt has just over a 2 1/4 inch diameter--paneled thistle design.

I was looking for an old medieval castle to take some internal shots in, so I searched for 'castle' in the old SL search engine. I saw this beautiful Castle, called Fayoum Al Amri (City of the Golden Dunes). I went there and discovered some lovely French guys who allowed me to take a pic or two........
