Unfortunately, I have been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis for quite sometime which I have been advised is probably caused by the amount of walking that I do. Initially, it was my left heel that suffered and it has since fully recovered but now my right heel suffers!
I have had lots of treatment but now after a good walk and if I have any pain I use either the roller or the massage gun which really takes the pain away .... until my next round of golf or long walk!!
