So, this is my first attempt at using molding clay for a [MOC].
It was a pretty interesting experience, but I feel like I have some ways to go.

Quick note: the term "MOC" gets thrown around a lot (including by yours truly). Those who follow my stream have seen a number of quasi-MOCs for Civil War like my Falcon, Black Panther even Crossbones... but they don't appear here. Why not?
Because the figs above are true "MOCs" in the sense that they are figs / characters that don't officially appear in any LEGO CA:CW sets / polybags.

The Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past (1981) Issue No. 141
2nd (and final) submission for OLS's contest.
Here is a copy of the original cover for reference.
A couple of notes:
1) This is probably my all-time favorite comic / cover. I have a soft spot for the X-Men and for Wolverine in particular. This is, of course, the original source material which inspired the Marvel Studios / Fox film of the same namesake ("X-Men: DoFP").
2) The uber writer / artist team of Chris Claremont, John Byrne and Terry Austin -- IMO no one did the X-Men better (...well aside from Jim Lee... I digress...)
3) No bootleg pieces or figs -- everything here is official, custom or MOC pieces.
4) This took way, way longer than I thought it would -- win or lose, I'm pretty pleased at how it turned out and hope everyone enjoys it!

2015, what a year!
This isn't a 100% exhaustive list of all of my MOCs / MODs for last year, but it covers at least a good 95% or so (for instance there were some other MODs which were simply a small change here or there that I decided to exclude -- e.g. AoU Hawkeye, etc.)

*Whew* This post is a long time coming.
Pretty much all of my MCU / MARVEL STUDIO MOCs.
I was going through my [MOC] list and realized that I've done a MOC for every MCU film and all of the TV shows. I also have a few from the MARVEL STUDIOS (non-MCU) films (none from the FF series, somehow that's probably not a coincidence).

It's back and better than ever! The Annual Top 10 Lists, 2016 edition comin' at ya!
2016 AWARD WINNER: Iron Man Mark 33 The Silver Centurion. This fig is just fantastic. To plagiarize from my earlier review, "This fig is simply a thing of beauty -- the arm / side leg printing, the dual molded arms and legs... the dual mold shoulder armor and arc reactor tile... The "black eye" Tony Stark head... Its the best TLG Marvel fig made to date -- and I don't really think it's close."
