LNER HST 43308 HIGHLAND CHIEFTAIN is seen passing through Marshall Meadows on the 21st of June 2019, in charge of the 13:30 1S19 service from London’s Kings Cross to Edinburgh.
Downtown Marshall, North Carolina is very densely built-up with multi-story buildings as a result of limited land area and historically high demand. Despite fading in the second half of the 20th Century, the town has been reinvigorated in the early 21st Century with new energy thanks to an influx of artists drawn to the town's proximity to nearby Asheville, North Carolina.

Marshall Point Light Station was established in 1832 to assist boats entering and leaving Port Clyde Harbor. The lighthouse is a 31-foot (9.4 m) tall white brick tower on a granite foundation. The tower was originally lit with a 5th order Fresnel lens. A raised wooden walkway connects the tower to land. Hit 'L' to view large on black

A proper BN green SD40-2 leads a westbound stack train through Marshall Canyon. A great place to kill time before catching my flight back to Texas out of the Spokane airport. July 2007.
Here comes Ron.
Marshalls Trident DD113 is seen on its way through Lincoln bus station, with another one behind on shuttles to the Lincolnshire Showground. Both were new to Stagecoach for their London operations, with DD113 in particular as 17911. Unlike all the other Marshalls buses I saw, it has gained a rear wheel trim from a coach.
My camera did me a bit of a disservice here and decided to mostly underexpose all of the Marshalls photos I took from this angle, so they required a bit of rescuing in Photoshop and as a result don't look so good.

The first MetroCity to hit the streets of Nottingham is in use with Marshall's of Sutton-on-Trent, which will no doubt replace a Versa, which I assume will see use on the 37??
OP102 entered service very recently branded for the Fosseway Flyer, and is seen here passing along the bus lane on Meadows Way with a 90 to Newark via Radcliffe Harlequin and Farndon.
Started 2019 off right with a brisk walk at Tomales Bay, north of San Francisco. I'd hoped to stop at Marshall for some oysters, but alas, they were closed. Nevertheless, Mother Nature ordered up an appetizing sunset. I had to stop and capture this sleepy scene.
Found in the Marshall Historic District which is on the National Register of Historic Places #91002053 and also a National Historic Landmark.
Marshalls Volvo Olympian/Alexander Royale P419KSX (DD87) seen in the approximate vicinity of Low Marnham as it works the afternoon 40 from Tuxford School to Cromwell.
The Marshalls fleet includes five Olympians, one of which is a proper version and three of which originated with Lothian. Their livery is a fetching prospect on every body it has been applied to however I feel sits with particular grace on the Alexander R type.
Departing Newark with a 37A for Tuxford and Retford is Marshalls Optare Versa OP105, pictured on Lombard Street in the miserable grey cloud that kept interrupting the sunshine. Also there’s the most upmarket looking off-licence I’ve ever seen.

An interesting vehicle in the Marshall's fleet is this Enviro200, which has the dubious honour of being the first production Mk II Enviro 200 and the only 06 plate one as well!!
New to Jim Stones in 2006, it joined the Marshall's fleet in 2014.

The Block Northway redevelopment...
Northway Shopping Center opened in 1953. In 1962, the shopping center was expanded and enclosed into the Northway Mall. The mall was anchored by a Value City department store. In the 2000s, the mall was renamed The Shoppes at Northway. The mall is currently undergoing redevelopment into The Block Northway and adding new stores such as The Container Store, Nordstrom Rack, and Saks Off 5th. PetSmart moved to the top level of the mall and Marshalls was expanded.

The Fosseway Flyer has reached the end of the runway...
Introduced as a brand by Nottingham City Transport in 2005 alongside the 100/101 Southwell Sprinter name, Marshall's continued the trend when they took over the service in 2008 to the same route with slightly amended timetable.
As of Sunday 16th April, Vectare will take the service over running from Newark Bus Station to the A46 as currently, but the service will then divert via Bingham to rejoin the current route at Saxondale, terminating in Broadmarsh Bus Station instead of Friar Lane.
