CANAL DE CASTILLA - RAMAL DEL SUR.
Caminando por el sendero izquierdo, atreves de una arboleda, encontramos, deportistas corriendo caminando, diversidad de aves con predominio de ánades, cangrejos, algún que otro pez surcando sus agua. La próxima esclusa es triple situada en el paraje de Soto Albúrez. Es el único conjunto de esclusas donde podemos ver los dos estilos , pues mientras la esclusa 34 es ovalada, la 35y 36 son de planta rectangular. Esto es debido a que en este punto, y una vez construida la primera, se paralizan las obras de construcción del Canal, cuando se reanudan años mas tarde, se había cambiado el proyecto de de las esclusas la empresa ejecutora. Es un lugar agradable, para hacer un pequeño alto en el camino.

SENDA DEL PANTANO
La Senda del Pantano se encuentra en los Montes Torozos. Su recorrido circular es de unos 9 kilómetros, comienza y finaliza en el monasterio de la Santa Espina, sigue la ruta del río Bajoz, discurre entre la naturaleza, zonas boscosas con diversidad de arboles, encinas, quejigos, sabinas, pinos..... una zona protegida de aves. Ocasionalmente podemos encontrarnos con zorros, jabalíes, conejos. ruinas de un antiguo molino, En el pantano podemos ver ánades, garcetas, zampullines, cormoranes, garcetas. Un paseo agradable y fácil de recorrer.

Los tonos marrones de los ojos y las bandas amarillas del tórax nos indican claramente que estamos ante Sympetrum striolatum.
Cuando son jóvenes son difíciles de ver pues se alejan de los puntos de agua para madurar. Avanzado el verano regresan a los lugares de puesta y los podemos ver hasta diciembre. Y según zonas, hasta enero o febrero.

The wine has a golden-green color. The rich, harmonious aroma of the wine is enhanced by hints of white fruits, peach, acacia, linden, and citrus. The taste of refinement and harmony. Light, refreshing, balanced wine with good structure and a pleasantly soft aftertaste. Chudove wine, like an aperitif. I enjoy it most when it is cooled down to 6-8 degrees Celsius.
Вино прозоре золотисто-зеленого кольору. Багатий гармонійний аромат вина увібрав відтінки білих квітів, персика, акації, липи, цитрусових. Смак витончений та гармонійний. Легке, освіжаюче, збалансоване вино з гарною структурою та приємним м'яким після смаком. Вино чудове, як аперитив. Найкраще смакую, будучи охлажденим до 6-8 градусів за Цельсієм.
The vineyards of Piedmont Langhe, Roero and Monteferato were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2014.
Interestingly, the soils of these vineyards are not particularly fertile, and vegetables and grains are not grown there at all. But they are excellent for growing grapes, from which high-quality wines are then made, including the “wine of kings” - Barolo, one of the most famous Italian wines.
Виноградники П'ємонта Ланге, Роеро та Монтеферато у 2014 році були включені до списку Всесвітньої спадщини Юнеско.
Що цікаво, ґрунти цих виноградників не відрізняються особливою родючістю, і там взагалі не вирощуються овочі та злаки. Але вони чудово підходять для вирощування винограду, з якого потім роблять високоякісні вина, серед яких "вино королів" - Бароло, одне з найвідоміших італійських вин.
Одного разу, будучи шанувальником червоного вина, я необачливо висловився відносно білого (щось на кшталт «червоне більш до вподоби тому що.. « і далі про кислотність, відчуття після смаку і його тривалость). На моє щастя візаві, як потім з’ясувалося, був справжнім поціновувачем білих вин. Він не став заперечувати, а через деякий час подарував нам Vietti Roero Arneis 2021 року.
Досить велика вартість пляшки цього вина, в моєму уявленні, вже передбачала неабияку якість, але реальні смакові відчуття від цього вина набагато перевищили очікувані.
І я почав шукати і читати про все, що мало відношення до Arneis - чи всі вина з цього сорту винограду так само гарно смакують, чи є ще хтось, крім родини Vietti, хто створює настільки якісне вино з сорту Arneis, чи можливо їх придбати в Україні, тощо. І головне, чи можна придбати таке саме якісне, але за більш бюджетну ціну.
І мені пощастило знайти таке вино. На світлині Marrone “Arneis” DOC Langhe 2018, за ціною майже вдвічі меншою, якість якого можна сміливо порівняти з якістю Vietti Roero Arneis. Тому що воно того варте. Якщо можете придбати, - не сумнівайтесь. Так званих «любителів міцного», прохання не турбуватись.

Gazzella di Thomson (Eudorcas thomsoni).
La gazzella di Thomson vive nelle savane e nelle pianure dell'Africa ed è particolarmente diffusa nel Serengeti, regione a cavallo tra Kenya e Tanzania.
La dieta si compone di erba e piccoli arbusti e ricava gran parte dell'acqua di cui necessita dai vegetali di cui si nutre.
La gazzella di Thomson è alta 60-90 centimetri e pesa tra i 13 e i 16 kilogrammi.
La parte superiore del mantello è di colore marrone chiaro, quella inferiore è bianca: le due sono divise da una caratteristica striscia nera. La parte posteriore sotto la coda è di colore bianco.
Le corna, lunghe e appuntite, presentano una piccola curvatura.

The Thomson's gazelle lives in the savannahs and plains of Africa and is particularly widespread in the Serengeti, a region between Kenya and Tanzania.
Its diet consists of grass and small shrubs and it obtains much of the water it needs from the plants it eats.
The Thomson's gazelle is 60-90 centimeters tall and weighs between 13 and 16 kilograms.
The upper part of the coat is light brown, the lower part is white: the two are divided by a characteristic black stripe. The rear part under the tail is white.
The horns, long and pointed, have a small curvature.

Pie grueso, sólido, bulboso, algo abultado hacia la base, con retícula incompleta (poco evidente) Confusiones Se parece a los también comestibles BOLETUS AESTIVALIS (sombrero más claro y todo el pie reticulado) y B. PINICOLA. El XEROCOMUS BADIUS, tubos y poros azulean al tacto,y fibrillas marrones en el pie. Hábitat Robledales, Hayedo con sotobosque de brezo. También coníferas. Temporada Inicio de verano (se trata de un hongo tempranero), hasta mediados de otoño. Very big height, 20 to 30. Two-color, carpóforo of color bronze or dark brown (almost black) and yellowish foot. White pipes of young woman and yellow - greenish of old man.
