After dipping the red cap, I attach the fondant circles (while the cap is still wet) and allow the pop to dry by stuffing it into the styrofoam board.

Overall, I think I cut about 200 circles out of fondant.

Mario Kart Wii was released today- and while we picked it up, Ange decided to pick up the Wii Zapper at the same time.

Mario Kart Wii is simply awesome. There is no shortage of cups (8 in all... so far) and courses. The 'retro' courses are extremely well-done (seeing a SNES course in 3D on the Wii is just odd to look at), and the online gives me hope that Nintendo has finally got it right. I played for almost 4 straight hours non-stop. At this point we haven't even put Links Crossbow Training yet. But the evening is still young.
