NOTE: We're taking pictures of the LCD monitor from a digital camera, which is why the picture angle is a little weird and it may seem bright in some portions of the video. The actual video output on the HDBOXPRO looks great, without any viewing angle/brightness problems.

My boy and I went to see our wonderful friend Lania. We played a bit of Mario Kart Wii! :D It was my first time, so I kind of sucked at it XD;

Cracked 50cc the first night I had Mario Kart Wii. The bikes and 150cc stuff is still a wee bit to fast for me yet and I'm duff at using the auto-slide.

Still, this remains the best fun in video games in ages.

If anyone out there fancies a race, drop me your friend code and you can show me how it's done...

Playing Mariokart with our friends Jim and Kimberly on the Fourth of July.

It's impossible to go wrong when you play Mario Kart: Double Dash.

The Tuesday gaming day this week was Mario Kart on the Wii! Four players at a time could race for the checkered flag in this action packed game. Some were new to the game and others were first timers, but all had fun!

Now that school is out, I'll have to do something to pass my summer vacation. I don't buy many things for myself, but I've felt the urge as of late. Next purchase, Rock Band for the Wii!

Although basketball camp and football starts up soon, so I probably won't have as much free time as I thought.

Jar Jar: That was wizard Yoshi.

This was after the party a couple of years ago. We spent nearly the whole week on the couch playing MarioKart, often with 8 players.

That game rocks.

(Yes, Bryce is in this photo--he's the bald head that you can just see above the right side of the couch.)

Every Tuesday at 4:00, the young adults ages 11-14 are invited to come play video games at the library! This week's game was Mario Kart Wii!

It's my goal to workout at least a half hour a day with this new game. Could be a sad sign, but it's made me work up quite a sweat already.

Always a good way to spend Sunday afternoon.

packing the essentials for annual conference....

Finishing third my first time playing Mario Kart on Wii. I sucked at it quite a bit, actually. And this picture is totally a setup. We were done playing at this point. :)

Il meritato premio per la vittoria! Mario! It's a me!

Always look into the camera with the red light on.
