Penguin has a big house, a huge garden, and he still plays his N64, though I can beat him and his brother at Mario Kart 64, despite not playing for well over 18 months.

I was inspired. after a few hours of GTA on a friend's PS3, to put this together in the hopes of GTA coming to the Wii.
Not for the violence, but for the wonderful exploration and killer driving. There's nothing like driving through the park at night, or taking a garbage truck at high speeds down a city street and over a ramp.
