Not sure what the temperature was when I took this shot this afternoon at Scarborough Marina, but a high of 39 degrees Celsius was forecasted. Hottest day of the year so far for South East Queensland.
So my time out in the sun was rather limited for photography.
Lucky the sea breezes cooled things down a bit.
I must just add that many other parts of Australia are sweltering also.
It was just on the evening news that today's top temperature was 37.6 Celsius.

22/01/2017; The Amsterdam Marina, my most favourite marina of Amsterdam. If only because I love the contrast of having something posh like a marina in the heavy industrial surroundings that are the NDSM.

Marinas always make for good landscape photography, and this one in more-or-less central Stockholm is no exception. Got some pretty clouds to boot!

Alviso is a small Silicon Valley town, located at the San Francisco Bay in California. I went there for sunset and to take photos of the seven planets that lined up for a rare "planetary parade" on Friday. It was too cloudy to see the planets, but we got nice backlit clouds after sunset.
I processed a balanced, a paintery, and a photographic HDR photo from three RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

Hamilton Island Marina can accommodate 300 wet berths (for up to 60-metre yachts) and 120 dry berths.
Hamilton Island, Australia (Friday 31 August 2018)
Excerpt from Wikipedia:
Pier 4 Park is a 2.4 hectare park found in the west-end of Hamilton Harbour near Bay Street North in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
The park features a multi-use asphalt trail, 349 metres in length and 4 metres wide which provides barrier-free access to all areas of the park and linkages with the surrounding harbourfront precinct.[1] A total of $2.2 million has been invested for the redevelopment of the park which includes a 24-metre tugboat which acts as the centrepiece of an interactive water play area for children. A dramatically curved lookout pier includes a protected sun shelter and benches to view the marinas, parkland and vistas of the surrounding Bay.
In addition Hamilton Harbour Commissioners (HHC) have constructed Hamilton Pier which provides 0.4 hectares of additional parkland and fish habitat.
