iamkatruns: @truth2beingfit I haven't, these are my first try at Hoka. So many friends rate them that I thought I should give them a go 😄

Running isn't about weightloss for me.....which is lucky given the amount of cake there seems to be at races! It has certainly toned me up though, I weigh about the same in both photos but in a year I am certainly looking fitter!

Dean corrió el lunes el Ultramaratón de #Badwater, 217km a temperaturas de hasta 50•C, pasó dos días sin dormir, hizo un vuelo con varias escalas y después viajó 6 horas en camioneta hasta #Guachochi, donde estuvo muy feliz de convivir con atletas tarahumaras y corrió los 67K del #ultramaratondeloscañones y terminando me dio una entrevista con la mejor actitud del planeta. El tipo es una leyenda y hay razones para que lo sea. araizcorre: Es que tengo un dedo fracturado y los Newton son lo suficientemente rígidos como para proteger el dedo de flexión que implica dolor. Estos Adizero los amo en condiciones normales, pero lesionada no los puedo usar. NO los recomiendo para personas sin buena técnica o con sobrepeso. Saludos @pikax69

Boooooston baby! 😁✌️disfruté al cien este maratón, gracias al pacer de 3:30, que más bien fue un sustituto peruano de mi Fher, a las porras, la gente y la hermosura de la ciudad. Y sí, tenía un dedo fracturado, pero no fue pretexto.
