Cabo Vidio (Asturias)
El cabo Vidio se encuentra en el litoral asturiano en el concejo de Cudillero y cercano a la población de Riego de Abajo, en la parroquia de Oviñana. Se trata de uno de los cabos más importantes de Asturias, desde el que se puede divisar Estaca de Bares o el Cabo de Peñas. Este cabo forma un acantilado de 80 m sobre el mar y una de sus mayores atracciones son el faro (abajo) y la iglesiona, que es una cueva formada por la erosión del oleaje y que se puede visitar en bajamar. Geológicamente este cabo está formado por cuarcitas y pizarras. Dentro de la fauna cabe destacar que el acantilado es una importante zona de cría de diferentes aves marinas entre las que sobresalen el cormorán moñudo y gaviotas.
Cape Vidio is in the Asturian coast in the council of Cudillero and near the town of Riego de Abajo, in the parish of Oviñana. This is one of the most important strands of Asturias, from which you can see Stake Bars and Cape Peñas. This cape forms a cliff 80 m above the sea and one of its biggest attractions are the lighthouse (below) and iglesiona, a cave formed by wave erosion and can be accessed at low tide. Geologically this place consists of quartzite and slate. Among the fauna it is worth noting that the cliff is an important breeding area for seabirds different among which the shag and gulls.

Not the best quality, but I've never seen this animal before, and was quite surprised when it suddenly came running outside our cabin this summer, and made a quick stop before running away into the forest. Luckily I had my camera in my hand when it appeared, as always;)
Sunrise at Mar Menor in Murcia, Spain. This is a large natural saltwater lagoon within the Mediterranean Sea where there has been deterioration due to contamination by fertilizer and pesticides from nearby agriculture. We have the obligation to save this amazing and natural wonder.

Redoute Marie Thèrése - Avrieux - (Savoie)
Elevée entre 1819 et 1825 pour contrôler la route du Mont-Cenis, la redoute Marie-Thérèse est séparée des autres ouvrages sardes du système de l'Esseillon par le ravin de l'Arc. Il se distingue des autres forts par sa forme en fer à cheval. -Le fort Victor-Emmanuel est le plus grand des forts de l'Esseillon, capable d'accueillir une garnison de 1 500 hommes
Il riccio di mare è un animale marino erbivoro, che appartiene al Phylum degli Echinodermi (la parola deriva dal greco e significa “pelle con spine”) e vive sui fondi dei mari: è un animale poco mobile.
Presenta un rivestimento esterno ruvido e spinoso detto dermascheletro, formato di piastrine calcaree unite insieme e contenute nello spessore della pelle. Sulle piastrine si articolano gli aculei e, attraverso piccoli fori, vengono astroflessi i pedicelli ambulacrali: tubicini che terminano con delle ventose e permettono al riccio di muoversi. La respirazione è essenzialmente cutanea, ma sono presenti anche piccole branchie vicino alla bocca.
