using the free InstaMapper iPhone app, today i recorded every 2 minutes my GPS position. My iPhone didn't move all afternoon ... interesting ... i'm putting this down to a Government conspiracy, that or my iPhone is lying to me. not sure which one yet.

Dont try this with the current viewer and grid software. You'll end up getting booted.

However a lot of the icons arent working right or take forever to load. Now that the map works better we'll have to fix that

I love maps. At work I have a drawer full of maps, especially places I know I will be traveling to again (or hoping to travel to again). One of my favorites is a driving map of Germany. When my grandmother was still alive, I would take every opportunity to visit her when I was overseas for work. She lived in a tiny little town that didn't have great public transportation, so I had to rent a car to go visit her. I've marked the spot on the map where the town is supposed to be but as they are "officially" now part of a neighboring town, they no longer have a spot on the map. so I've added my own :-)
