We cruised aboard NCL Sun to the Mexican Rivera in October 2015. Our second port of call was Manzanillo whose claim to fame is sail fishing. A large blue sculpture was visible on the pier.

He talked about the different trees - Manzanillo (picture; which is poisonous), cashews (cyanide in raw nuts; makes only a a few nutes - maybe one tree or more to fill a single can), fig (aka ficus; big, grows around another tree and makes buttresses), cocoa (fruit makes chocolate), rubber (from sap, originates in Central America rather than Asia), and other kinds of trees and plants.
