Despite new reports and satellite photos showing all of Chacherngsao province (east of Bangkok) flooded. Not all land covered in water is flooded. Microchip Thailand is surrounded by rice farms that always contains water. In fact, this video, taken on Monday, October 31, 2011, shows the farmer needing to pump water INTO his field to provide enough water for the rice.
